The sheer number of other softwares that it integrates with makes it an easy choice for an all-in-one accounting software. Pros QuickBooks Online is our top choice for payroll (automatic tax calculations, scheduled filings, and direct deposit), real-time bank feed monitoring, bank reconciliation tools, and year-end reporting. Its easy to use, able to be accessed online and affordable. Pros QuickBooks online is easy to navigate and learn the user interface. They have a good help desk team when needed and are very timely in responses. Cons The user interface often changes with no notice. It was difficult to transition into running our account with no knowledge of what had been previously done. Pros I like that it would send reminders. The payroll portion was fairly easy to understand. There was some ease of use with that portion. I am able to use the location pings for employees to make sure that they are charging time to the customers appropriately. Pros I like the timekeeping with Workforce. It gives me the opportunity to allow our employees to make changes in their own account until I have reviewed and approved it. Cons Sometimes, QB Online runs very slowly. It is not always so "user friendly" I also have to have an administrator switch me from payroll to estimates because of the price difference between the plan we have and the plan that would allow us another user. I find issues on occasion, but overall it is still good. Pros I like the ability to set up recurring charges, easy invoicing and being able to keep track of all my customers. I had an issue with payroll and had to report them to Better Business Bureau (BBB) for them to address it. One of their executive in the office of the President tried to bully me because I was a small business. They charged me for 2 payroll services and whenI brought that to their attention, that executive said I ordered it. A bold face lie so she would not have to re-imburse me. BBB tried to help but that was unsuccessful. So, integrity is not their strongest virtue. It's incredible that a large corporation like that to bully small businesses. Pros The online access to do things yourself. Cons Their customer support. From top down, their executive to the rest of the Payroll team. LOVE that I can track mileage!! Cons Every once in a while, it doesn't track my mileage, but that may be a user error issue and not the software. Really noting that I can complain about. Once they have the customer they disappear, customer service is totally non-existent. Pros The contability program is good, but clients assistance do not exist and it's impossible solv problems Cons The program has not allowed me to connect to my bank account for two months and every time I try it tells me that it is under maintenance (I don't know what) until January 2026. Cons Every now and again, when trying to view my stubs, or my hours, the app is very laggy, and will just stay on a frozen screen.
