Rather than having all of our satellite locations send in raw data to our central office to be processed then entered, we have been able to train our offsite managers in how to enter payments and other information. The checks and balances provided assures that we are not having payments “disappear,” and it also has allowed us to reallocate resources to more vital areas. Pros Quickbooks is the standard bearer for accounting software. The online version that we recently transitioned to provides all the functionality and support that we had become accustomed to, with the added bonus of being able to be deployed across multiple platforms, applications, devices, and locations.
