### "A Technology Must Have For My Agency!"

BB allows us to save time increasing accounts per manager. It also allows us to offer a great client experience that differentiates us in the market. We have amazing customer service support as well for any updates they do that we may need additional assistance with or for any questions in general.

Pros

This system easily saves my commercial account manager 6 hours a week. We stopped sending fillable pdfs to our clients. My clients compliment the ease of the system. It takes a lot less time for them to fill out especially when they have renewals. It creates loyalty from our clients because they have spent time filling out 30-page applications with prior agencies. They can send questions that I can respond to the next day in the same application. I can start the application and they can finish it later if they don't have all the information. Plus renewals take a lot less time! The renewal process is the biggest part of the time savings.

Cons

I like everything about the software. I probably use the dashboard the least.

### "Getting rid of ACCORD Forms"

I love it when companies are willing to try new things and Broker Buddha wants to hear how to make the product better. The team being willing to help and drive value makes the overall experience excellent.

Pros

ACCORD forms take time and customers hate completing them. We were searching for a product to help with renewals and new business that required ACCORD forms to be completed. We found it with Broker Buddha and the best thing is the "white glove" service so most of the additional work is done by the BB team.

Cons

Like any product you need to change and configure templates. It took a little while to understand the sequence of templates and how to get them configured correctly. Once we understood the flow it was easy to make the automation work for our team and clients.

Reason for choosing Broker Buddha

We looked hard at Indio but once they were purchased by Applied Systems we knew they were not going to grow with our agency as Applied never updates or invests in products. When you buy a product like Broker Buddha you need to think 5 years out and I know Broker Buddha will still be adapting like our agency.

### "Paying for a tech platform I don't use"

They communicated they were working with nowcerts to get it set up so discounted a 2 year contract but it has not gone anywhere in a year and a few months so I am paying for a technology that only makes my agency less efficient and they won't let me cancel my contract. If you stand by product then you should allow clients that are not satisfied to leave. Still paying for a tech I don't use is very frustrating.

Pros

The IDEA of being able to streamline applications.

Cons

The system only talks to a few AMS software platforms so if you don't have one it does not remove the redundancy that you are paying to streamline. It actually adds another step if it does not talk to your AMS. The apps it does have are okay but completing them in the BB platform is actually harder than our AMS system which is nowcerts. The clients don't like going in to complete apps so it was rare we could send an app to the client and they would fill out the spaces not complete.

We've had a great experience...the customer success team is great to work with and as I mentioned we've customized the experience to cater to a wide range for clients, from small "main street" businesses to highly complicated financial institutions. The flexibility is incredibly helpful as we grow and scale our business and adapt to a changing market.

Pros

We love using Broker Buddha because it's flexible and allows us to fully customize the product to specifically cater to different niche clientele that we serve. We've been able to really personalize the experience for each customer depending on what we know they'll need. We've set up custom packages for professional services clients vs technology clients vs TNC clients and everything in between. The automation on the back end is great too and allows us to get out to market faster for our clients, and housing all underwriting data and broker notes in one place allows us to really get the full picture on the client's exposures rather than having to dig through a bunch of files in dropbox or our CRM. Integrated signature is also great...we had previously used a separate e-signature platform and it makes it a much better experience when our customers see the e-signature link come from a familiar platform rather than some new platform they haven't seen earlier in the quoting/binding process.

Cons

Not really a con but there is some up-front setup and adjustment that has to be made in order to get started and create highly customized experiences to your liking. We made the decision to do a lot of customization and it was great working with BB's support team to get up and running. We look at it as an investment, and it's paying off!

Our experience with Broker Buddha has been amazing , between the product itself, customer service and the implementation, they are by far the best on the market

Pros

The ease of use is by far the best part of this platform. Its user friendly for both the agent and client. We also love using the coverage upsell option to show that we offered certain coverages and the customizable automated follow ups are a huge time saver for our team, they also help us get back updates faster.

Cons

There is honestly nothing I can say that I don't like.

### "Best Tech Purchase we've made"

This product has really set us apart from the competition. Our producers sell it as one of the reasons to work with us because most agents are still sending copies of prior policies and we make it so much easier.

Pros

Broker Buddha elevated our customer renewal experience making the application process painless and quick compared to previously having to reference last years PDF application to a new blank application. We have received rave reviews from clients - it really sets us apart.

Cons

The initial data entry took time (so that our existing clients first time receiving a renewal application was pre-filled with all of the prior years info). But the Broker Buddha team worked with us and input all the data for us which really helped.

Reason for choosing Broker Buddha

There team was able to pre-fill application data for us and their product allowed us to send hyperlinks to applications/signature forms in emails we send out of Outlook.

Pros

Broker Buddha's ability to digitize the cumbersome applications the insurance industry requires has been a game changer. That plus the robust functionality of their platform makes is simple for SAGE to attract and retain new clients. Our partners love the ease of use and ability to complete applications on their time. The customization of our platform and the customer service are fantastic and responsive.

Cons

The ability to interface with our carrier partners would be ideal. Taking the information from our clients and uploading into our rating engines would remove a step in the process. I believe they're already working on this and took notice when I brought it up.

### "Broker Buddha applications software review"

It has been a good experience. It has saved me time and my customers time in completing the supplemental applications. People just don't like to have to do this, so it eases "the pain" of it all.

Pros

Broker Buddha does the work for the agent and the insured. The supplemental applications are completed with the prior year's information when sent to the customer and all the customer has to do is make the necessary changes. It saves time for our client. Also, the emails sent to the customer are as if they are sent from the Account Manager.

Cons

Nothing really... maybe the reminders, but normally it's because I forget to set them on the schedule that I want instead of what broker buddha has set up.

Broker Buddha concentrates on one thing and they do it well. This is not an ROI conversation it is a time efficiency conversation. Digital forms are time saving
