"Me Use"

**Overall:** It’s been a good experience for a first time builders software user.

**Pros:** The level of ease that I was experiencing using it.

**Cons:** I’m having some issues with using the app with my current mobile service.

"Home remodeler"

**Overall:** I've researched Buildbook since they started out with a different company.With the company that I've been with for the last 2+ years we worked with 4-5 different types of software which was cumbersome and not efficient. not to mention having no access to a specific software if they had a bug. With Buildbook we have everything we need within reach in the office or on location.The chat feature to be able to talk with the team as well as with the clients and to document things is a nice huge feature.

**Pros:** Ease of use, visibility and accessibility for non-tech workers.Software encompasses almost everything needed for our daily operations, it eliminated using 4-5 different types of software.

**Cons:** We wish there were more (enhanced) CRM type of features
