The app syncs up with my iPad and desktop seamlessly, and everything just works. Overall I am super satisfied with how everything works. Cons I have experienced a few crashes but the support said they should be fixed in the next update. Pros The software is easy to use, set up and even creating a template was pretty straightforward. As a small company doing specialized inspections for mold and toxicity I have months where I'm busy and months where my only do one or two inspections and being able to pay per inspection versus a large monthly fee works really great for me. Cons I'd like to see the app work better when you're in locations without any data. And would really like to see the addition of a payment processing, and a way to lock the report until payment has been received. For a small business owner, this is a game changer. Pros The software is easy to use for residential home inspections. My favorite aspect is the flexibility that this software allows. I am not required to meet a certain threshold of inspections per month, but I can pay to use the software based on the needs of my company. Cons The comment library could be more extensive to save time when filling out reports. I would also like the addition of more templates to add to variety. Pros I like most about this software when it’s functioning properly is the detailed pics and being able to describe the pictures and section . Cons Software glitches , not being able to edit categories subject lines , clients not being able to open report time to time and having to contact customer service , and you loading pictures sometime take up to 35-45 mins at the end of the report which is long for high speed internet . For a small firm such as myself having the ability to pay per report or at a monthly fee as I grow makes it easy to plan and budget for growth. Pros I really like the ease of use building the reports. The pre-build information makes it seamless. The ability to go in on the web and create specific templates for specific projects or clients is very beneficial. Cons Occasionally the video portion does not attach correctly. Reasons for choosing Inspector Nexus I chose inspector over the ease of use in the pricing schema. When I first started the business I was determining the best course of action to grow slowly. As I've grown I continue to use the software. I do like the fact that I can integrate with other off-the-shelf softwares for scheduling and billing if needed.
