Customer service was slow and unhelpful. Charged me anyway, no credit for "Outside of the free trial period, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the service, lack of use, or technical issues." I converted mass amounts of data and was happy until I went to import it into QBP and noticed the errors. Didn't really save me much time overall. Pros The program appeared to be easy to use and friendly Cons Not everything was converted accurately. Some review and fixes are required depending on the bank that you are using. I have 2 years of statements I need to convert. This website is amazing and converts the PDF statements not only to excel but also to Quickbooks online and desktop version. This has SAVE me money, because I don't have to pay a bookkeeper to enter the transaction manually. My bank does not provide excel file format for anything more than 6 months old. I HIGHLY recommend using this service. This is a huge time saver! Thank you for making this service, its' super easy to use!! Cons I wish it had capital one template statements.
