Pros

We never miss a sales lead. We are able to track calls and client history and it changed the way we do business.

Cons

There have been some kinks over the past few years but always fixed right away.

It was fine back when I used it, but much better options now in the market.

Pros

Was an early user when our procurement person signed-up for the product. It was extremely easy to use, but was very basic in features.

Cons

There were not a lot features. It was a very basic VoIP platform at the time.

Pros

I love that Dialpad gives me the ability to make calls via my computer and personal cell phone without giving out my personal number. Just a really great tool for a remote worker who doesn't have a typical office setup

Pros

I like the integrations with other CRM softwares, and their customer support was very helpful when figuring out a bug that we had with a separate app.

Cons

The interface and customizability/options leave something to be desired.

Quality experience. Good call forwarding and intuitive UI.

Pros

The fact that I don't have to have two phones at the same time. Personal phone and work phone are all in one.

Cons

Not sure why the phone number changes when you go to call it. May be unavoidable, but causes confusion at times.

So easy to set up and use So great not to be tethered to your desk, especially in an open office So helpful to have the same telephone functionality if you are working at home or on the road So much less expensive than a traditional phone system

Cons

We have no regrets about switching to Dialpad and would recommend it without reservations.

### "Absurd cancellation process for clunky tech"

Terrible. I'd receive random calls in foreign languages in my number with them. Outside of that I stopped using the service quite quickly, but they never honored my cancellation request and took hundreds of dollars from me. Do not use Dialpad.

Pros

It usually worked, sometimes not as well as I'd like, but it usually worked.

Cons

Terrible customer support who make you go through their clunky chat app to accomplish anything, and even then do not help you. I requested cancellation (which they force you to do through customer service) and was shocked to find they didn't process it. Upon contacting them and requesting a refund, they claimed to not have a record of the request and refused. Do not bother.

Pros

The interface on all devices including web is really nice. The inclusion of Uber Conference is also very welcome.

Cons

Limited support to add service to existing SIP handsets which are not supported. Higher than industry average international rates.

Pros

Pretty simple setup. Easy to maintain and diagnose when there are issues.

Cons

Feature set leaves a lot to be desired, especially with SFDC integration. There's very little you can customize in the tool, making it hard to justify the cost.

It forwards calls to my cell phone.

Pros

Dialpad allows me to forward calls to my cellphone. I also like the not available feature. It's also nice that Dialpad forwards my voicemails to email.

Cons

There was a period of time when my number would have a message saying it was disconnected for select callers. Our IT department asked Dialpad and they said it was the other caller's fault. I also wish it was easier to get print outs of my records and forward voicemails in MP3 form

It is very user friendly for all admin functions. I really appreciate that.

Cons

Analytics are incorrect. We have manually recorded number of calls based on our leads and sales people and they are extremely incorrect. This is a huge issue due to the fast we pay extra for the call center analytics. Also we can not filter and search recorded calls by phone number this is also a huge issue because as a call center we keep all recorded calls and this takes way to much time to find the calls which cost us money on admin to find.

Clean interface and descent sound quality. Somewhat easy setup, but overall just average application

Cons

Customer support and app features are horrible. We received a number for our company via their app and we have been receiving a lot of spam calls. The only way to block the spam calls is to go to every single user and request to block that number. Their suggestion was to request a new number after 10 months of operation. Hmm...

it works but sometimes it locks up and I loose a call or it wont let me call out.

Pros

Like the way it routes to different phones/computers/whatever.

Cons

it locks up, it hogs up my computer memory often see it using over 1.5gigs of memory and I don't have that much phone volume in there for it to juggle.

You cannot get a better softphone service for a lower price. We moved to DialPad from ring central and have saved our company over $7,800 a year. Dialpad's service department is incredible and always very responsive to any questions we may have. I would highly recommend Dialpad to any organization.

Pros

Ease of use. Simplistic user interface. Great features and low price.

Cons

Have had a few bugs trying to add personnel to our company org. But support team has always been quick and readily available.

Pros

It can be downloaded on any device be it laptop, tablet or mobile phone. And it's very easy to use. I use it for travel and also for work when in the office. This allows me to call overseas customers easily from my laptop and through a headjack. When I travel out of my home country, I am also able to use this just like when I am in office. When I am out of office or travelling, I can also use this like a normal phone. This helps company save so much money. And the voice quality is great!

Cons

Non. But will be good to have chat services incorporated in there like whatsapp or sms.

Dialpad NEVER works well with the desktop app. Everyone says they have problems hearing me. It’s not the WiFi. I’m on a gigabit connection, 10 feet from the access point. Dialpad doesn’t always ring the iPhone app, which is problematic.

Pros

It’s good for my record keeping with logs.

Cons

Dialpad doesn’t function as it was intended.

Pros

Robust management features, ease of setting up call centers, integrations, call transcription. All of these made us choose Dialpad as our Shoretel replacement

Cons

Porting numbers is a painful experience. The automatic porting feature does not have robust error handling and it was unclear on the next steps after failure. Additionally, the LOA form would be better if it were an online form with the ability to save than a .PDF that has to be completed offline and emailed.
