Overall, my experience has been positive. It's a great tool for the role I am in.

Pros

What I like most is the ability to make calls anywhere and have them connect with clarity.

Cons

I would like to be able to set up my own caller ID instead of having it appear random. Sometimes calls are not picked up because they look like spam.

Overall, I have had a great experience with Dialpad. Other than the fact that I cannot fast forward to a certain point in the recordings, I really like the form of communication that is able to take place on this app.

Pros

There are a lot of things that I like about Dialpad. I like the fact that I am able to schedule, call, text, and message people all on the app.

Cons

My least favorite aspect of Dialpad is that they do not allow for me fast forward to a certain point on the voicemails. If I am listening to a recording, I have to listen to the entire thing instead of being able to go to a certain part in the voicemail.

A contractor told me about this app that we can use so we both can answer the business line without sharing another cell phone. It works great and is convenient.

Pros

it's an app, so it's accessible and on the cloud

Cons

I wish I would receive notifications of text messages, but that is possible only if customers text a different number from the main line. That's too complicated and I would never give clients two different numbers.

have not had to use. but i bet if i did it would be wonderful!

Pros

I love that there is not constant ringing as opposed to traditional phone line systems, and it allows routing to different numbers for different things.

Cons

Sometimes, calls get missed, even when i am there receiving them, but it could def be a connection issue. wifi. the option for clients to leave voicemails does not have enough delay at the beginning of the message, when people are calling and having to leave voicemail, we miss the 1st 5-6 seconds of their message.

Transcription is the best feature by far. You can talk to someone for an hour, then pull up the transcript a week later to remember details.

Cons

Dialpad integrates with Clio legal software for phone calls time, but does not associate transcript links and texts -- it would be nice if it did.

Pretty good experience with this product. Will recommend for business use.

Pros

Telephony. It automatically to go answer mode. If you in business and your job is just to answer 100 calls. You don’t need to keep pressing answer on software. You have the option to go on manual mode or auto mode.

Cons

Everything good about this product except if you forgot to change from auto to manual. And then you go to a break. Calls will be keep answered by auto mode.

These benefits are endless. We used to use standard phone systems in our business and now we are up to speed with technology with using DialPad.

Pros

I love it's ease of use and the capabilities to give you to text as well. This comes in handy while trying to communicate with customer and co-workers thus saving you time! Fantastic caller ID system and ease of transferring! Love the ability to record phone calls as well.

Cons

Sometimes there is a lag when trying to transfer calls, but with some patience, you can get through it.

Literally my worst customer experience ever, third world countries without internet respond faster.

Pros

they are awful people do not recommend.

Cons

I would never write out things like this unless pushed to absolute limits. Dialpads structure for customer support is fraudulent. I spent over 2 months trying to cancel a membership, painfully slow responses, continually took unauthorised payments off my credit card and now gaslighting me when I asked for a refund saying they can't process payments after 3 days. They're dogs.

Hello! My name is Matthew Alexander, and I am a huge fan of Dialpad! I just love everything about it from it's ease, to quality of call. It is literally the best thing my company has ever seen. The only thing I would improve is its customer support. They aren't providing support to companies under 5 users. They really should start to provide support to all customers.
