This is very cheap software, I didnt pay that much to operate this software. It gave a very strong impact on my sales.and I really appreciate it.

Pros

We can easily communicate with our employees, customers and brokers.there are some features like group messaging and messaging options, MMS facility and also we can monitor the call here.

Cons

This is not that much user friendly. And the recordings are not easily located. This needs some basic amount of technical knowledge to use this spftware.

Dialpad came just in time. Our old phone system wasn't NOT working, but seemed a little too big for what we needed. Our company has about 30 employees in the office so we only needed a few features like call recording, a auto-attendant, and Salesforce integration. The added ability to connect Salesforce with 1 click made my job easier with auto call logs (complete with the type of call and how long it was). I also really enjoy the ability to switch to your cell with the app! Click to call with the Google Chrome extension completed the wow-factor. I absolutely LOVE Dialpad and would recommend it to any small business who doesn't need a physical phone.

Pros

Ease of use, Salesforce Integration, app layout.

Cons

No keyboard hotkeys to do routine tasks (answer a call, send a text)

Pros

Loved the ease of use. Love the interface. Loved the setup. Love the international calling ability. Love the texting feature!

Cons

I wish there would be an easier way to see all of my contacts in one place, and that phone logs for the whole company can be easily viewed without an export. Basic plans can't reach a phone service, which could be bad news in the case of an emergency. Sometimes calls get dropped... but not too often.

Really like the product but wish the numbers on it were less attacked by spam. This goes for me and all of my colleagues.

I really like how easy to use the platform is and how well it functions.

Cons

I really don't like how 95% of the calls I receive are spam calls when I am trying to use it as a business line.

This is a valuable tool for training and coaching anyone that is part of a sales or customer service team, anyone that talks with customers. I would highly recommend it to anyone searching for tools of this type.

Pros

We use Dialpad primarily to record calls and share them with colleagues for coaching purposes in weekly meetings. This is proving to be very effective.

Cons

The transcripts are not always accurate, but we don't really pay much attention to them. We use the recorded calls.

I think it's a valuable piece of software, however, I tend to give out my personal number because of the nature of my work.

Cons

I like the interface where you login initially, but after that, the software seems a bit clunky and unintuitive.

Acceptable.

Pros

The price point is excellent for a small business. Call clarity is great and I have never experienced a drop call.

Cons

Functionality can be improved upon. It's not intuitive for a new user and the instructions found in help aren't the easiest to follow. I also don't like that the conference line does not have video capabilities unless its within your company directory. Having video capability would eliminate my need for other services like zoom, etc.

I work with an NGO and was pleasantly surprised to have the opportunity to work using Dialpad! The ability to communicate with our clients from anywhere using voice and text between multiple devices is invaluable and makes my job much easier.

Pros

The ability to use text messaging and to use my phone and laptop interchangeably.

Cons

If I had to list a "con" about the Dialpad software, I would say the inability to know if the number I send a text to is a landline or mobile/cell number.

Overall, I am thrilled with the quality of the calls, and the ease of use.

Pros

I like how easy I was able to transfer from a desk phone, to using Dialpad. I was worried it would take some getting used to, it took about 20 minutes and I could never go back.

Cons

I would like it if when I select transfer, the customer was muted from my microphone. I don't like that they can hear me searching for a specific person while trying to connect them.

Cons

The call quality is not always as good as I would like. Its been fine on my side, but I have gotten a few complaints that my customers are having a hard time hearing me.

The software is very easy to use. A little tweak done on the router's settings would make this program work better, I guess those people who have problems with the software just needs to reach to technical support, which is one of the best support system I've dealt with. Technical support representatives are very polite, keen and has sense of urgency.

Software is sensitive, so a few tweaks on the router's settings would make it work better.

When we were on the hunt for a new phone system we looked at every options - none had great reviews when you drilled down in the details. We came upon Dialpad via Uberconference - their free conference service and learned about the phone service. We are glad to have found them. While there are some small issues here and there, for the most part, Dialpad is by far the best phone system we have ever used. Not only is the price right, but the customer service is top notch with a response coming shortly after emailing or calling. The system is feature rich and while we have had some bugs over time they have typically been fixed or address fast. They recently started to support a variety of desk phones so you are no longer forced to buy the one brand they sell. Additionally, they continue to release updates about every two weeks.

Pros

Feature rich, great customer service that is responsive

Cons

Some issues with the iPhone app, lack of vibrate in iPhone app

Dialpad was adopted by our company a few months ago, and while we had some early hiccups, it's been a great asset once we figured it all out. Being able to message both internally and externally is a huge help in our business where timeliness is so important. Call quality is usually spot on, and I can see it getting better all the time. Analytics are usually spot on as well, couple hiccups from time to time, but I expect that with any software. It's definitely been interesting and usually fun using Dialpad!

Pros

Ease of use, adaptability, great customer service

Cons

Having to tell it when I'm away from my desk, I think that should be automatic when I lock my keyboard, I posted that as a suggestion

We wanted to have one tool for all of our customer facing teams which Dialpad did the job for. We can have one centralized tool for different departments and teams.

Pros

If you want one product for all your Customer facing teams (Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support) it is a viable product and will be a good choice as it can accommodate for these departments based on needs.

Cons

The Zendesk widget does not contain all the features which the application or website has and we have found bugs to appear for agents (after call work not placing the agent back to online).

Pros

Only thing I liked about DialPad was the hold music and ability to have a direct extension

Cons

Needs a lot of improvement. Calls went un-transferred and caused inconveniences with my customers. Their pricing was also TOO high and their customer service team was rude and not reliable

Pros

It is nice being able to make calls from my computer as well as my mobile phone as well as add contacts into the system to call on.

Cons

My biggest problem with Dialpad is that when I get a call back sometimes it won't ring and it will list it as a missed call. Maybe the callers are hanging up before I have time to pick up but I have encountered this problem a few times before.

We love this system! Super clean and easy to use. Truly great for our company. The clarity of the call is fantastic, and has been described as being in the same room with our customers. A tremendous upgrade from our previous system.

The contact system could be a bit more intuitive. Not sure of the exact changes required, but it doesn't always recognize existing contacts when they call.

Our experience is two-fold and in both cases it worked out well. The way Dialpad transfers DID numbers is brilliant. Instead of a potential outage during the porting process, you get temporary numbers that allow you to continue use with no downtime. As long as you can forward your current numbers, your customers won't even know the difference. Then once the numbers do port, it's seem less and invisible to users. The other great transition piece was in the form of the apps. Really simple for end users to configure on their own without much interaction with the in house IT staff or Helpdesk.

Pros

Ease of use and administration.

Cons

No SIP calling to systems that use it like Cisco or MS Lync.

Pros

The price was the most reasonable of all of the call tracker that I checked. I have been pleased so far.

Cons

I have not had any issues yet so there are not any cons. If there were a way to block Yelp from calling and bothering my client that would be nice :)
