Pros I spent dozens of hours researching and evaluating vacation systems and finaly settled on LeaveDates, and I was not disappointed. I did not need an all-in-one HR system, all I needed was a way to track vacation and sick days that was more efficient than spreadsheets but still had all the bells-and-whistles one would expect. LeaveDates hit the mark! Cons Simple thing but would love it if the calendars had the option to start the week on Sunday. It’s easy to use and makes managing and planning time off much more organized. While there are a few areas that could be improved, it definitely helps simplify the whole leave process. Pros I really liked how easy Leave Dates made it to plan and manage time off. The interface was simple and straightforward, and it helped avoid any confusion or scheduling clashes while keeping everything clear and transparent. Cons One downside is that it’s not very easy to set up recurring or custom schedules. For example, if I want to plan leave for alternate Saturdays every month, there isn’t a simple way to do that, and it requires manual effort each time. This could be improved to make scheduling faster and more flexible. Employees love it and it cost very little. I have used other software and Leave dates deliver the same quality for like 30% of of the price of the cheapest I have used in the past. Cons I would like it to be able to switch employees from one account to another. I have leaves dates for 5 companies and when I move one employee, I need delete and create another account from scratch. I think that one's a really good like example of a great calendar although your one is still quite good. Pros Leave dates is super easy to use, it was rolled out internally very quickly because it's so user friendly. Cons Nothing, it does exactly what we'd want it to do. If I had one thing to say it would be to vary the person on the homepage of the website, the guy looks cool but you could switch him up for a couple of others from time to time.
