Cons The only "con" is that changes have to go through them and their developers, even for simple changes. Although, its probably best practice, I like to touch things myself. Their team is proactive with weekly calls and customized reporting, and they’ve even built custom SMS solutions for our BigCommerce setup Pros how hands-off they made the entire process. They handle everything—from designing and implementing our triggered emails to building custom SMS solutions—so I don’t have to worry about execution. Their weekly calls and tailored reporting keep us in the loop. Cons There really hasn’t been much to dislike. They are still working on their self service reporting interface, but then again, they provide me custom reports.
