Cons

SMS mass text feature similar to what emails do

The customer can choose and pay for a campsite at the moment. Before they would fill out a form. I would have to contact them for payment details. I would run the credit cards, and write and send email confirmations. This program has reduced my workload and phone calls.

Pros

Our customers can choose a campsite when they need it any time of the day or night. It does all the work for me, such as take the payment and send a confirmation email.

Cons

It was down one morning and I was not aware until a customer told me. It was just a short while.

Firefly is a fantastic tool for what it was created for. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is very helpful in customizing the system to fit the needs of each business and is very efficient.

Cons

Their aren't many cons for the system when you are using it for it's intended purpose.

Started helping out Kanuga after they had selected Firefly. Typically our company utilizes hotel booking engines such as TravelClick and Synxis

Pros

It has been easy for both our staff and our clients to use. The customer service has been awesome. It is so important to reach someone on the phone and we have experienced that on a regular basis.

Cons

There are few features it would be nice to more easily add and edit. Custom fields.

Easy to create sites, and pricing structures for multiple scenarios.

Cons

Doesn't have buttons for facebook to directly book. Only works with stripe payments.

Cons

Reports are not able to be customized. Would like to be able to search for information.
