Super happy with the service and efficiency of the system and the support team. It was an easy transition, and the online tutorials are really helpful for training new staff.

Pros

Caterbook is extremely easy to navigate and is value for the money compared to competitors. I often use the Customer Support and my issues are always resolved quickly and efficiently. It is the best hotel management system we've used.

Cons

Caterbook are often updating the system so whenever we have found any 'cons' generally they are then modified.

We have been using Caterbook for years with our 22 bedroom hotel. The team were very helpful getting it all set up and the platform has only improved over the years with the introduction of new features.

Pros

Caterbook connects brilliantly with all of our OTA's, it's easy to use, great value and the customer support is second to none.

Cons

Nothing, we are very happy with Caterbook. Our entire team from full time managers to part team front of house staff find it easy to use.

Caterbook is a superb product designed and run by people whom understand the business as well as the technology . We used 3 other systems before and this is head and shoulders above the rest

Overall, my experience with Caterbook has been very positive. It’s easy to use, cleanly laid out, and makes day-to-day booking management straightforward. The system feels reliable, quick to learn, and helps us stay organised without overcomplicating things

Pros

The Customer Support - Especially \[sensitive content hidden\] that we normally discuss our issues & queries with. The event / function management and breakdown or pricing and billing is a great tool for our reports. The Training and ease of use that our staff enjoy is a comfort to the management. It is encouraging to hear that there will be an integration with RESDIARY for restaurant reservations coming soon.

Cons

To be honest - i really dont have any issues with it just now - there may be some functionality that may be a little over whelming but - this all comes with a PMS system where we have many rates / deals etc.

Caterbook has truly been helpful to our business and continues to provide us with a reliable , accurate, helpful hotel management system day in day out, all available from anywhere in the world.

Pros

Caterbook has helped our business to manage, keep track and spot trends to ensure we get the best use out of our rooms and advertising spend for a number of years. The emails that we can send to guests are professional and can be personalised and amended to suit. Whenever we have had had call to contact customer support they have been incredibly helpful and patient (especially for those of us who are not as tech savvy as others! ) The reports make comparing year on year differences simple. Overall Caterbook has been great for us as a business.

Cons

We wish there was a linked table management and PLU system as integration of all 3 would be a massive help to us.

Excellent support team and highly recommend. Very knowledgeable and quick to resolve any issues or questions we may have.

Pros

The Caterbook support team are always on hand to answer any questions we have (and there are often lots!). Their service is exceptional and very personal, as they truly understand their customers and their businesses. They know their system inside and out, which is invaluable when you call for support—there’s always an answer or solution. We really appreciate how promptly they respond, always following up with an email or call. It’s reassuring to know we’re supported by a team who genuinely cares. Caterbook is an easy system to navigate and use and is always evolving to improve and update to make it even slicker and better for customers.

We have been with caterbook a number of years now, in that time other products have contacted us to demonstrate there system . BUT I have remained as I have found it to be far better and I value the ability to contact them quickly

Pros

Ease of use and always able to get direct telephone customer support / training which we find very useful

Cons

Nothing Really, if I had to be picky, I would say it is not the cheapest system out there.But for me this is outweighed by its ease of use and customer service

The experience has been amazing, even from the initial sales calls and setup calls, nothing has been too pushy and done at a pace that has been manageable for the team.

Pros

The simplicity of the software, I have used multiple PMS systems in the past and this is by far the easiest to navigate.

Cons

I can't say there's anything I least like at the moment as everything we have required or needed has either been set up by the team or something they are working on to upgrade the system.

I like the simplicity whilst still offering loads of features, and also having direct contact with the staff who happily welcome feedback and more often that not, act on it with the updates

When applying my pricing, the screen looks overwhelming, so would be great to be able to break up the screen like a calendar view
