It is a great way to stay in touch with customers without having to spend precious time on the phone. It helps to upsell in multiple ways with the camera and photo functions and the ease of check out it great.

Pros

Pretty simple to use! Straight forward, communicate with people without having to actually talk on the phone. It saves any and all communication between people to cover your back and their back! You can communicate through talk, text, pictures, and videos!

Cons

This is not the easiest product to jump into and use, there is definitely a training course needed in order to properly implement this into an automotive service department

Pros

Super easy to use and has helped me get closer and more personal with all my clients looking to purchase their vehicles whether it be new or used. I've gotten more deals through text to drive than any other way. Gotta love this whole system.

Cons

It can be a little glitchy with trying to answer a customer as one of my screens keeps popping up and disrupting me from answering the customer first before another associate grabs the inquiry.

Uploading videos, walk arounds in service drive or technicians videos. Texting customers is super convenient

Cons

When you log in for the morning it only shows you text messages for that day. I know you can change the filter, but I wish texts appeared first thing and stayed there until you addressed them.
