Pros

Ease of use of the product. Able to watch communication to all stores.

We had only one typo error and it was fixed right away after notification.

I like being able to use this on the go. Having the Mobile app makes things so much easier..

Cons

Not sure i have much to say on this part.. So far so good!

Pros

I love the fact that I can multi task efficiently! I can show my customer's what is going on with their vehicle visually! I can even help when I am not at work!

Cons

There is nothing I dislike about it, everything has worked great for me.

Pros

The ease of it and that you can send it video and pictures to customer.

Cons

A little difficult finding work orders to attach video and photos to.
