Update 247 satisfies my daily requirements and offers excellent support.

Pros

The suppprt from the staff at Update 247 is exceptional. The software itself is easy to use and communicate with guests.

Cons

There are several modules to bring it all together making it a bit harder to find things.

With this booking channel, they collect much more data automatically filled into the booking in calendar.

Pros

User friendly. Easy to use, easy to teach.

Cons

I would like more options in drop down boxes. I would like more OS booking channels available to link to calendar

Very good software, easy to use, we get plenty of support from team, so very happy

Pros

it is easy to use, userfriendly, can switch booking , edit bookings.

Cons

certain feature need update like making group booking with multiple guest and their emaila nd credit card detail is not availbale, need update so we can save cc of companey, housekeeping can be done day prior.. other wise all good.

Pros

Update 247 are a tremendous support to our business and are with out doubt one of the reasons I can focus on our daily business with out concerns over double booking issues which were problematic prior to using their services.

Cons

There is nothing I can honestly say I dislike about the service.

So impressed with the personalised assistance to tailor make what my company requires. The team especially Customer Support have gone above and beyond to assist and advise us - highly recommend!!!
