Pros

What I liked most about SurveyHero was how easy it was to build a survey quickly. The interface felt clean and intuitive, and I could create a professional-looking questionnaire without a steep learning curve. I also liked that it was simple to share the survey and start collecting responses right away.

Cons

What I liked least about SurveyHero was that some of the more useful features seemed to be locked behind paid plans, especially deeper analytics and stronger branding options. I also found the pricing a bit limiting for a thesis project, because the free plan can feel good at the start but less flexible once you want more control over exports or reporting.

I was able to easily gather data, and will be exporting it to use in a research project for a class.

Pros

The best part of SurveyHero is the ability to insert bulk responses with a simple copy and paste. This makes it easier to use an assignments require responses.

Cons

So far there is nothing I've disliked about SurveyHero. I have not been able to export my data yet but I anticipate it will be easy. Having to upgrade for a full year, instead of monthly is a bit of an inconvenience.

Overall, my experience with SurveyHero has been highly positive. It has proven to be a secure and robust platform for our company's feedback initiatives. Despite the minor learning curve regarding team permissions, the sheer ease of building complex surveys and the excellent design features make it a highly valuable tool for our day-to-day operations.

Pros

I really appreciated how easy it was to get started with SurveyHero; the learning curve is practically non-existent. The survey design interface is highly intuitive, allowing us to drag and drop elements quickly. Furthermore, the customization options are fantastic, enabling us to easily tailor the surveys to match our brand's exact colors and typography. Data collection was seamless and incredibly reliable.

Cons

The user access controls could be a bit more granular. While it is simple to invite team members to the platform, setting up specific viewing or editing permissions for different parts of a large survey project was slightly confusing at first. Additionally, while customer support is very knowledgeable, response times during peak hours can occasionally be a bit slow.

Pros

The interface is extremely user friendly. I enjoy the logic features that allow to hide or reveal questions depending on participant responses. I also appreciate the data protection policies.

Cons

Some of the useful features are paywalled compared to other platforms, but the interface is better and more user-friendly.

Easy to build and collect data. reports are clean and easy to read. sent the surveys as both text link and email super easy for staff to complete.

Cons

Pricing options should have a option for single survey model, for example i would like to do 5 surveys rather than monthly

This site allows me to collect the information I need. It is clear for the user how to make the survey and is great for the other people that are completing the survey. I also appreciate the emails letting me know when and if there are new survey responses.

Pros

It allows me to get the information/ ask questions that may otherwise not be able to be answered honestly by the families in my center

Cons

So, far there is nothing I have found that I could say is a negative. I am still getting use to using the site.

In general the experience is smooth, even for those who are not very familiar with questionnaires preparation.

Pros

Very user-friendly, the multi-language function is very handy, and the customisation of the questionnaires allows you to have great freedom and control over every aspect. Customer service is also quick and efficient, the added a language that I requested in just a few days

Cons

The fact that some languages are not available by default can be annoying if you are in a hurry, but customer service is quick to work on requests. The formatting of the text sometimes is not perfect, but easily fixed.
