Pros Very user-friendly, the multi-language function is very handy, and the customisation of the questionnaires allows you to have great freedom and control over every aspect. Customer service is also quick and efficient, the added a language that I requested in just a few days Cons The fact that some languages are not available by default can be annoying if you are in a hurry, but customer service is quick to work on requests. I also like that I can upload files. Cons I wish that there was a way on the multiple choice grid to type an answer in a text box or something like that. I filled in the entire survey and used the translation feature, which worked smoothly. It was a straightforward and efficient experience from start to finish. Pros The multilingual option was particularly useful for my master's thesis survey, as it allowed me to collect responses across different language groups without needing separate forms. Cons No major issues encountered. As a suggestion, an AI-powered retranscription feature from PDF uploads could be a valuable addition for academic users working with existing documents. Switched from [Google Forms](https://www.capterra.com/p/176571/Google-Forms/) Google Forms did not offer enough options, particularly no multilingual support for my thesis.
