In this case the tool is good value for money. Pros The tool is fairly easy to use and you can get started fast with it. On the end user side those who will receive the survey, the tool looks good. Cons The tool has limited capabilities especially in the survey delivery side, sending the survey invites. Also there are not much admin features and managing the whole platform is very difficult.
