July 30, 2026 5.0 Great overall except for result review. It's easy to create, share, and edit. Perfect for work or school until reviewing. It's easy to review but the survey and results close simultaneously and while I don't need to share results, I do want to review them! Pros The ease of creating and sharing the survey! Also being able to edit it vs starting from scratch if you notice any late errors was great! It's perfect for school projects! Cons That once the survey was completed, I wasn't able to see the results any longer because I'm on the basic plan. I'm okay with not being able to share them or easily make them into a PDF or graph as I can do that on my own but I was hoping to be able to reference them a little while longer after the survey closed. Even a couple weeks after the survey closes would be better than them closing simultaneously. In this case the tool is good value for money. Pros The tool is fairly easy to use and you can get started fast with it. On the end user side those who will receive the survey, the tool looks good. Cons The tool has limited capabilities especially in the survey delivery side, sending the survey invites. Also there are not much admin features and managing the whole platform is very difficult. It is clear for the user how to make the survey and is great for the other people that are completing the survey. I also appreciate the emails letting me know when and if there are new survey responses. Pros It allows me to get the information/ ask questions that may otherwise not be able to be answered honestly by the families in my center Cons So, far there is nothing I have found that I could say is a negative. I am still getting use to using the site.
