I love how the survey turned out and how easy it was to create. I was unhappy when I attempted to get a link to the survey, and saw that I'm unable to access it because I do not have a premium account but unknowingly used premium features. Pros I love how easy it is to create a survey, add different languages, and customize the appearance. The variety of question types is excellent. Cons It's extremely disappointing that SurveyHero allows you to spend time creating and adding languages to your survey, but doesn't tell you that these are premium features until after you've already put in all the work. There should be a notification while attempting to use premium features that the survey will be inaccessible without a membership. Review Source NE Ninthe E.
