Easy to use and manageable to work with when collecting results. Pros Easy to use and good to collect data for your project. Without the amazing support from SurveryHero we would be outlaying a lot more money for something that doesn't do the job we want. Because of the data we are able to collect from our families it helps us advocate for all SEND families across Norfolk in a much more professional way! Pros This is a great program to use. It does everything we want and helps us show results very easily; allowing us to share with others with ease. As a charity with very few staff, anything that gives good results with little input makes its ideal. Cons We would also really like to be able to get our logo on the display area when we share on Facebook so people know its our survey, as our families are more likely to complete it, if its from us. Also in an ideal world we would like more options for background decoration, but this is only so its more appealing to families. Review Source Antonio S. The drag and drop survey builder was exactly what I needed to launch our survey quickly. Cons I do wish the ability to remove SurveyHero's logo at the footer was available with the business package. Cons Results of surveys that were done on the free trial have an adequate max length of 30 days, however you can't see the answers after the expiration time. It would be ideal if you at least could see the results after closing or got a summary of the results automatically on the e-mail. Not being able to see anything at all is too limiting. Creating surveys has been very simple, and the survey dashboards allow simple quick analysis to take place, we can also download raw data to carry out other analysis. You can send the results page to stake holders and they have a free not for profit version that is invaluable to us a community center Cons So far, I haven't come across anything.
