It blew my mind when I first used it. The ease of use. The quality was A1. It solved all of our church needs. It exceeded expectations by far .

Pros

the efficiency of use for streaming on YouTube and Facebook. I had been looking for a viable solution for my church.

Cons

Nothing at this point.I'm learning more about the product as i use it more.

Overall, the streaming is solid and they are able to scale easily to meet our demands. But what keeps us as customers is the customer support Videolinq provides. Their team is extremely knowledgeable and prompt at offering suggestions and help when we run into issues. When things go sideways, they are always there to help. This means so much to us as we hold our broadcasts to be critical to the community.

Pros

There are a lot of streaming services out there, but we have used Videolinq from the start. More than 10 years ago Videolinq (then called Uvision) helped us develop a streaming service with closed captioning for our school board meetings. Over the years, this service has proven to be rock solid and Videolinq has been able to scale and adapt to our every need.

Cons

I really don't have any cons, except I haven't been able to take these people out to lunch to show our appreciation. We live in different states, but maybe someday!

I believe we were referred to Videolinq (originally) by EEG, the company who makes our closed captioning encoder.

As for overall experience, I have a positive experience and appreciate its intuitive designed UI, core features and the value.

Pros

Its intuitive and straightforward of its UI make us easy to navigate and can manage live streaming content without a steep learning curve. Its also provide real-time analytics that we can monitor stream's performance easily.

Cons

I faced customer support response times that was slower than expected.

Videolinq is a powerful platform that simplifies live multistreaming for businesses and individuals. Its intuitive interface and automated features make it a strong contender in the live streaming market. However, a slightly longer free trial could further enhance the user experience.

Pros

The best thing I've found about Videolinq is the accuracy of its closed captioning. The timing is perfect, making it a breeze for viewers to follow along. I'm also impressed by the number of features Videolinq offers, especially the ability to stream live to multiple platforms simultaneously. As someone who uses it weekly, I can say the ease of use is very efficient, and the customer support has been very helpful when I've needed it.

Cons

the basic functionality is easy to learn but some advanced features require some time and exploration, also the free trial time is short to fully explore the Videolinq.

I am satisfied with the service of Videolinq. I will recommend everyone to give them a try. You will love it.

Pros

I'm impressed by how accurate Videolinq's automated captioning is, especially for videos with clear audio. I primarily work with English content, and I rarely need to correct errors.

Cons

I've noticed that the automated translations, while a great starting point, can be a little rough around the edges. If I need captions in languages other than English, I double-check and edit the automated translations to ensure they're accurate and natural-sounding

Unlike some other video tools out there, Videolinq feels more like a curated experience. It's not just a jumble of random videos, but a selection of stuff that actually makes sense for my brand. Plus, the analytics are pretty sweet, so I can see how my videos are performing and tweak things as needed. Thanks to the videolinq team.

Pros

Videolinq is just like that friend who always knows the hottest places in town. It enables me to discover amazing video content for my marketing campaigns and social media. Besides, it’s so simple to use ,even a non-techie like me can figure out.

Cons

Sometimes the search results can overwhelm you, sort of like trying to choose just one flavor at an ice cream parlor. Maybe some additional ways to narrow down results would be pretty rad.

It has subtitles for all languages, which gives us greater satisfaction with our users, the customer service is very efficient and friendly, thanks to this platform we have obtained more users in our live.

Pros

Videolinq is ideal for business use because we can configure live automated subtitles, it has more than 30 languages, it allows us to broadcast live in excellent resolution providing the best to our students.

I do not dislike anything the experience with the software has been effective.

In our offices we all have installed videolinq in our systems . Everytime when we have overall conferencing of all the team members from different nation by default we had to use this software as it makes the conversation very easy for us . We can ask questions without any hesitation as we will speak in our native language and they will understand through subtitles which is a by default funtion during live streaming.

Pros

I have used it personally and subtitles for every language is awesome to use. This is easy to integrate with most of the live video platforms like facebook Instagram etc. The customer support is fairly quick to response. In our most of the conferencing we use to do regarding the sale of products or the launch of the new products the people from different countries get join on videolinq so that they can speak in their native languages and we can understand them easily.

Cons

The least helpful feedback I will give to this software is the amount of data it used it is very heavy . The useage of internet should be as per the normal standard.

To be exact we find it has a bit of learning curve for the starting users , but it is totally worth it .Budget is quite at a end which we find valuable in terms of its usage in our broadcasting sessions.

Pros

Our company has been using it for around 5 months and the best part is user interface which gets easier after a small learning curve , multi stream feature . The best part is real time caption which is automatic translation.The simplicity of using it in social media is a plus bonus .Totally worth it and value for money.

Cons

In our usage of around 6 months we find no such major problems with our experience in this software.

Pros

I'm really into how Videolinq lets you hit multiple social platforms with your live streams all at once. It's like having a magic button that blasts your content everywhere, and the dashboard is a breeze to use. Adding captions and cool graphics? Big plus.

Cons

But, heads up, it's not the cheapest option out there, and if you're new to streaming, there's a bit of a learning curve to tackle. Worth it if you're serious about reaching a big audience, but might give pause to hobbyists or budget-conscious folks.
