Pros I like that we can see what our sister stores have appraised the vehicles at as well. Cons It's hard to upload a vehicle that was bought from us previously to it again if they want to trade it in. This only happens if the vehicle was bought and trying to trade within a short amount a time. No matter if I am on my work computer or on the mobile app, It is super easy to navigate my way around. Cons I do not know if it is just me or not but the mobile notifications most of the time do no work. Whether its an actual notification from the app or a text message, it decides to work some of the time which is super weird. Our service department is held accountable for what is goin on with vehicles going through our reconditioning process and it is easy for our managers to look up vehicle information. Pros Rapid recon helps us organize our service department. The days in service feature really helps everyone stay on goal. Cons Sometimes we have an issue with vehicles not automatically updating into the software- when this happens it is very inconvenient to manually upload the vehicles. Review Source WK William K.
