It has helped us better track our recon process. In turn lowering the number of days it takes to get the vehicles to the lot. Cons It could be a little more ascetically pleasing. Everybody can see where a car is at in the process at all times. Pros I love the flow of it. You can always find a car and see where it is at in the process. The messaging feature is great.
