It notifies us with approval updates and you are able to move progress with the vehicle being worked on. plus everything is time stamped as well witch is helpful! Pros It is very easy to use and the factuality of the software works great. I don't have to worry about time outs or crashes. Pros It saves me time from having to walk back and forth to the shop to speak with technicians about a vehicle being serviced. Cons It should auto refresh. Pros It is so easy for the service team to communicate with the used car manager to get alerts pushed through quickly.
