It saves so much time gathering information on a car. Pros Rapid Recon makes tracking cars on our lot very easy and effective. It gives history of the car steps in our system and makes it easy to see exactly when and who worked on the car. Cons Sometimes the app is slow to load, it crashes sometimes daily. Users being able to add notes on the fly. And real-time note updates across all devices are awesome.
