May 6, 2021 5.0 user friendly, simple format Pros Interrgration was fairly easy, the product is user friendly. I would like to see the advisor/work order number on the email that authorizes/declines the work, rather than having to go back into Rapid Recon to see if the r/o is yours or not. Also when selecting from the drop down list for services that are required I would like to not have to go back to the top & open the drop down box after checking the repair. It could be built more like an app for ease of use. Pros It's nice to be able to manage inventory and know where it is in the process when checking for a guest.
