### "Controlling your used car repair process"

After using this program at our main store, we installed it at our satellite stores also.

Pros

The Rapid Recon Team has developed a software that is user friendly, easy to train, and the best way I have found to manage my used car repair process. I can find any car in our inventory, and know what step of the reconditioning process the vehicle is in, and how long it has been there.

Cons

No issues at this time, set up was fast and easy with the help of the Rapid Recon Team

When we change location we have to log back in, and sometimes it doesn't change.

### "Amazing product"

Rapid Recon has become a necessary part of our process. It has allowed work to be approved when off premises and gives me instant access to plan my departments day before I have finished my morning coffee.

Pros

The software is user friendly while allowing you to drill down to find complex information and reporting if you want it. It allows you to custom tailor your process and make changes as you go.

Cons

There are some features that would make tech life a bit more efficient. Specifically while adding work items.

I have not looked at the options on the market, and maybe they all are mediocre but would consider changing. It has the potential to move from Ok to good, but I assume that the $$ is coming in, why make it better...

Pros

On the surface, it does what is advertised. It helps creates a system of accountability and metrics.

Cons

Not visually friendly. It takes some clicks and focus to find information. Needs to have better at-a-glance icons/ layout of steps and stats. It's one step up from a colorful excel sheet.

Pros

I enjoyed simply how easy the software is to use as well as how accessible from different devices it is. Being able to customize and adjust how you want your process to move is the most efficient feature due to being able to test and experiment with different ideas. Another amazing feature is the notification and SMS alerts you can set to specific users as sometimes we are not always in front of a computer or have the program open which allows us to be way more alert and aware of changes and task that need attention.

Cons

In terms of features that need either improvement or need to be added is a manner of editing a vehicles information once it is submitted into the system opposed to needing to delete it and creating another profile for the vehicle again.

Wonderful experience. Customer service is just on point. Anytime an email is sent out, it is answered right away with the result that I want.

Pros

Very easy software to use and is constantly being updated to customers wants and demands.

Cons

Every time there is an update, the software slows down tremendously and freezes constantly. To their credit, they work on it until it gets fixed, but it’s always very frustrating until they figure out the fix.

Has really allowed us to implement a process driven system that has dropped recon time by 7 days

Pros

This software is simple the best at both moving cars through the process as well as holding different teams accountable. Nothing works better than facts when emotions get involved over why a car is taking too long.

Cons

They could have better ways of showing a time stamp when things change on the actual items that are approved. (If someone changes the quoted price for instance)

Pros

Its easy to use, easy to learn, and super well organized. Makes it easier to find out what's happening to all the used cars as well as let every user know. Only thing I'd make it better is when a used car is approved, for some sort of notification.

Cons

It does not work with dealer-track so I have to rewrite estimates twice. Gets tedious.

Overall experience is excellent. Finding vehicles on our lot is no longer stressful.

Pros

Before Rapid Recon we would have to call a manager and spend way too much time with a customer in order to figure out where a vehicle was located (we have multiple lots they could be on). Now we as sales consultants can just use Rapid Recon to figure out what step a vehicle is in and exactly were to look.

Cons

Not much bad to say besides a dated UI. The pros here far outweigh the cons.

Pros

The best thing about this app was ease of use, it kept everything neat and kept track of everything.

Cons

There is no history list, if a vehicle is sold the car is gone forever, maybe keep a history so if the vehicle comes back in for service the technicians will know what’s been done and what’s been recommended.

### "A useful tool"

Pros

Using Rapid Recon throughout my day keep me personally organized and also helps communicate what has been done and needs to be done throughout the company. A feature that is most helpful to me is the search bar. I'm able to search the stock number of a car and can see if my step has been done or what step the car is currently in.

Cons

The company I work for uses the notes section for most communication through Rapid Recon. A feature that would be helpful is a way to "tag" the person the note is directed to and that person could get a notification that there is a note for them.

The feature I like the most is the ability to see exactly where a vehicle is in the reconditioning process. Our reconditioning center is 6 miles from the main dealership. Rapid Recon gives us the ability to see where the car is both physically and where in the process it sits.

Pros

I love the picture feature of the software. It allows my parts department to be able to figure out what specific parts are needed such as wheel type.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints about the software.

When we signed up it was only for used and then we were able to get new installed.

Pros

It is an easy and cheap way to keep ALL departments accountable.

Cons

It's only as good as our people. If someone doesn't move something out of their step it causes something to stay in the step longer and make them look bad.

Reason for choosing Rapid Recon

We have looked at the Cox Automotive product about a year ago, but it wasn't as good and it was more expensive.

We are a large Dealership and have two facilities and vehicles going back and forth all of the time. This tool helps us know where the vehicles are at at all times in the process so we know where the vehicles are at and what needs to be done...

Pros

That all Departments involved in the Recon process can utilize the software to assist in streamlining the process.

Cons

Lag time in email delay and everyone needs to update their notes to keep the process moving smoothly.

I reached out to support once, asking for an additional work step to be added - was helped immediately and everything was set up within 30 minutes.

Pros

I am an internal service advisor and this software helps me everyday to keep track on everything. I am able to see immediately what vehicles the managers bought and can start getting them into the shop. Nothing gets lost.Also very convenient is the app, so I am able to check on vehicles without beeing on my desk.

Cons

nothing to mention here / I have no complaints at all

Pros

How streamlined everything is. Saves A TON of time from running around back and forth... Notifications set for each individual user of where the vehicle is in the recon process. Ability to move that forward with the mobile app makes everything very easy.

Cons

I can't think of any improvements as of now - everything is great and customizable to what we need or want at each individual store.
