Definitely opens communication lines because all team members can see what is going on with each unit

Pros

System allows us to track all vehicles and identify the stragglers. Helps communication between sales and service. Keeps the process simple.

Cons

Vehicles which have been sold can linger in system which cause your inventory count to be inaccurate

very good. it does whatever we want it to do. great tool to help reconditioning processes and helps others check to see statuses of vehicles and where they currently are at.

Pros

Creates a streamlined way to check on the status of newly acquired used car inventory from first day to when it's ready for sale

Cons

Nothing. It provides an easy way to follow the life of a vehicle from the day it's born to when it's ready for sale

Really love this problem, it was also able to solve an inventory issue for us saving us thousands!

Pros

The customer service is the fastest and best I've had with any vendor in the auto industry. Immediate ticket responses with the resolution. Always willing to work with us on future upgrades/requests.

Cons

A little confusing to navigate sometimes.

Pros

In our weekly meetings we go down the list from bucket to bucket and everyone gets a chance to speak and everyone knows what is going on. For our small business that is critical. Nothing gets lost and everyone is accountable to everyone else

Cons

We had to learn it and learning new things is complex in the automotive industry. That said, it isn't too difficult

Nothing but good stuff out of this company!

Pros

Product works great to keep track of all cars during reconditioning. We are a high volume store and with over 1000 used cars they easily get lost.

Cons

Its only as good as the team using it. if not everyone is on board it doesn't work. no fault of RR just the only con it has

Really like the program because its easy to communicate to the used cars manager what a vehicle needs and how much it will take to repair it.

Pros

It's easy to relay information about a vehicle to others.

Cons

It keeps track how long a used car is in service but counts the weekends even though you are not open on those days to work on the cars.

Very easy to navigate and communicate with other managers in real time.

Cons

Had a few issues with the application on android, switched back to iPhone and haven’t had any issues. Possibility for a cloud server to save photos if a car come in from a roll back?

The software is very intuitive. Easy to understand. After a small amount of training I felt like a Pro!

Cons

I would like the software to send push notifications. If this is already possible, I apologize. I am unsure if this is a feature. Sometime I do not see notes put in by other users for a few hours.

Rapid Recon makes my day that much easier because it keeps everyone on the same page!

Pros

I like that you can create several folders / stages and move the vehicles between each stage so easily. You can add notes and estimates so that every one can stay up to date on the vehicle and send certain notes just to certain people as not to waste everyone's time if only certain people need the info.

Cons

the only thing i wish you could do is have more letter count when making notes.

I like the trackability of the program. Each step we've created lets others know the status of the vehicle.

Sometimes finding a vehicle in the steps we've created can be a challenge.

Rapid Recon has helped our dealership streamline our re-conditioning process by putting everything in one place, using buckets based on our specific process, and also give us a timeline and baseline of how long each step is taking so we have metrics to improve and understand where our process is needing help.

Overall happy with the product so I don't really have anything negative to say

This software really helped out efficiency in our used vehicle operation. We are now able to track each step of the process and when we see a weakness, we can get it fixed. The weakness is always people or process.

We've really benefitted using Rapid Recon. It's helped us speed up our processes, and it helps us know what's going on with each of our cars.

Pros

I like that it helps us keep better track of our cars, notifies employees when it's their turn with the vehicle, and helps us stick to our time frames.

Cons

I haven't had any complaints, other than some of the reports disappearing when RR was updated. There is a new way to view what I need to, but the report was a lot simpler.
