LOVE IT!

Pros

Is simple to use. Anyone can look at the software and get a good idea of what is going on quickly. The new work items has helped stream line processes. Without Rapid Recon we would be lost.

Cons

Sometimes comments get deleted and have to be typed 2 times. Same for Recon pics.

The system works well. I can see our volume, receive recall alerts on new units, and keep a good handle on recon process.

Pros

This software helped identify where the bottle neck in our recon process existed so we could work on improving our recon time

Cons

the geo-tagging feature didn't work great when we deployed. We stopped using it as the accuracy wasn't really helpful on our size lot. With a larger lot, or a dealer with multiple lots it would be more helpful.

Pros

The product is extremely easy to use, and very helpful in keeping records and cost, along with being very user friendly in displaying information.

Cons

Still waiting for the option to upload a PDF (like a report card).

Pros

I like that anyone can pull up a car and see exactly where it is at in the recon process and what we are spending . It holds mechanics accountable on time to frontline.

Cons

The mobile app locks up sometimes and you have to exit out and reload the app.

Pros

USER FRIENDLY DONT CHANGE ANYTHING THAT IS YOU STRONG SUIT.

Cons

YOU SHOULD HAVE A REP FOR RAPID RECON AND HE SHOULD CALL THE STORE QUARTLY TO MAKE SURE IT IS RUNNING SMOOTHLY.

Overall this is a great program! Made tracking vehicles effectively! I am the guy everyone calls on to find missing keys, so it’s been a life saver.

Pros

The ability to have an idea of what step in the process a vehicle is at any time. Being able to track down the keys to a vehicle based off what the previous steps were.

Cons

The inability to scan a VIN number as opposed to having to manually type something in. I wish a search option was always available on a mobile device. Or when you hit the “x” on the search bar, it would automatically clear the search, and automatically click the box to be ready to type .

Pros

Ease if use, clean easy to see layout. Able to make custom changes to steps.

Cons

I have issues of information being deleted when moving a vehicle from one step to another. Also find it annoying I have to be off the wifi to get the app to work.

None that I can think of, I do want to clarification on 2 reports though. They say they are showing average days for the month in recon and they are located in two different places and the numbers are different.

Pros

Love the in depth reporting and real time ADR T2L

Cons

The app isn't as user friendly as the desktop version

Pros

It allows us to manage the process of reconditioning our inventory. We can quickly identify bottlenecks or issues as they occur.

Cons

We have cut down on phone calls from sales people to managers asking if it is sold, where it is in the recon process, and the like. Overall, it is quite helpful.

Pros

Know where a car is, in the recon process, is very helpful. I find this feature especially helpful so I don't spend my time going from lot to lot, trying to find the car to show a customer, only to finally find out it is offsite.

Cons

It would be nice to be able to search by make and model, as well as vin and stock #'s. It would also be nice to have a place for managers to note if a deal is being worked on a particular car, or if sold

Amazing don't know how we would operate without it.

Pros

I like how everything is very informative and little to no wasted space in and of the pages. every portion of your screen is being used to convey info making it mush easier to use as you dont have to scan everywhere or look around everywhere.

Cons

The mobil app is a bit clunky and hard to use and the boxes on some of the buttons seems to be off or really hard to hit.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD WITH RAPID RECON AS LONG AS EVERYONE USES ALL THE FEATURES LIKE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE USED.

Pros

I LIKE THAT IS HAS A BUILT IN CHAT FEATURE SO EVERYONE FROM DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS CAN STILL INTERACT AND BE ON THE SAME PAGE.

Cons

I DO NOT LIKE THAT ALL OF THE TABS ARE THE SAME COLOR AND FONT, SOMETIMES MY EYES GET LOST ON THE SCREEN.

Cons

When a vehicle was previously in the software gets taken out , it will not auto reload it back in i have to manually add it. not a huge issue but can be a pain if it get missed!
