Pros Ease of use, ability to keep team on target, Vehicle details, and reporting. Cons Text/communication tool could be used to make announcements to the team or alerts. Pros I'm not in the store often so this is a very easy way for me to find out what's going on with my cars. It's key to have good notes and pictures but the system makes it easy for that to happen. Rapid Recon has cut down on approval times greatly and it's easy to look up past cars. Cons Most of the issues are more on my end as far as alerts etc. We have 3 stores so I don't really care what's going on with the other two. I haven't even tried to adjust it so it's probably easy. Makes work days more organized Cons Notifications can be annoying as they constantly get switched to my personal phone number which I have to always change back to my work email. Pros Easy to keep up with where a vehicle is in the UCI process and everything is in writing if you wish to go back and review, as long as info was input in the first place. Cons One thing I would like to see is a option for videos. The pictures are great, but videos with sound would be very valuable. This statement is the main reason for participating in this review. Pros Since we started using Rapid Recon, we keep track of the process better, repairs take less time, parts come in a more timely fashion and units get the Frontline faster. Cons The learning curve was fairly shallow but it did take time for the team to figure things out. However, new additions to the team are up and running in Rapid Recon in a very short period of time.
