Ability to track each step for a vechile through the process. it would be nice to add a video to recon.

When vechile drop out of recon before it sold. sometime there is a delay in the system.

Rapid Recon makes keeping track of the hundreds of used cars on our lost so easy!

Pros

I like that it takes the guesswork out of knowing what stage of reconditioning our used car vehicles are in as well as if they are at an off-site sublet.

Cons

No issues with this software at all. It does exactly what we need it to do!

customer service/call center is quick and efficient on fixing any issues present while using system.

Pros

easy software to both use and learn on. reports/notes section is very helpful in keeping everyone involved and organized on what's going on with the vehicle.

Cons

must work 2 twice in a sense for estimate. it will not communicate with our system to see estimates done on rapid recon.

Pros

It can't get much simpler when it comes to used car programs. When you finish in one area, you move the car into the next stage of the used car process. Very easy to use!

Cons

This is not a difficult program to use. I don't see anything at the moment that can be improved for what I am using it for. It is easy for me to go in and see exactly where a car is during the used car process.
