This software tracks and categorizes email, and we can easily set up a timeline to track all home sale closing activities. Excellent ease of use and value for money. Pros I love the ease of editing and adding dates into the shareable timeline. I love the way it compiles all your emails and stores it in a folder in your google drive Cons The software does sometimes pick up random addresses such as title company addresses or lender addresses and tries to set up folders sometimes that are unnecessary but that’s easily fixed. The shareable timeline is a loved component by my clients. Having all the attachments and emails contained in one place makes not using a TC a breeze. October 7, 2020 5.0 Overall it has been very positive! Pros Folio is one of the best tools we have used in a long time. My clients love it. It helps keeps me organized when I have multiple transactions and saving the emails to one pdf is a blessing! I recommend it to any real estate agent to help keep them, their TC and their clients organized. Cons The only con I can think of is I haven't figured out a way to customize templates. I love this system so much with my company! Pros What a life saver! I love that all of my files are organized and easy to find. I do about 20-35 transactions per month and this system changed the way I do my tasks completely. I love that my clients and their clients see how organized we are as a team! Cons Sometimes when I login to my gmail folio pops up and some of the pins on he left hand aide is permanent and it's hard to see my emails. UGH! I love how I can keep myself, my assistant, my clients and other parties in a transaction informed and from missing important deadlines. I also love receiving a PDF of all communication at the end of a transaction. This is life changing! Cons The pop-ups sometimes interfere with my work in my email. Pros If there was support, it might have some value. Cons I attempted to cancel the account last year, but to no avail. I've tried to get logged in to get it cancelled, but to no avail, and they just charged me for another year's subscription. Beware their lack of service. Review Source JW Jennifer W. Cons I wish there were more recommended companies already integrated that I didn't have to input. Folio makes it foolproof so every little step is covered, clients are more involved and it makes the transition smoother. Cons wish there was a way to email or text directly from the folio. Pros I really like the way the software gathers dates, emails and attachments into one easy to access place. I love sharing the timeline with customers and my transaction coordinator. It sets expectations and adds an element of comfort to all knowing who, what, and when (we all know why). Cons I am experiencing a bit of a learning curve with the integration into my email inbox. I am still figuring out where everything is going. At this point I am considering it operator error, but it is taking more time than I have to devote to it and that will always be an issue for REALTORS. Cons Trying to share the timeline link with clients after the initial email share is difficult because there's no "copy link" option only to send another email. Getting this was a \[Sensitive Content Hidden\] mistake. Pros We haven't been able to successfully use the product because of several issues with syncing to correct emails. Cons Customer support is email only, you can't call anyone. No refunds. Customer support unable to address issues we had. We've never even been able to use the product. Its like I just watched \[Sensitive Content Hidden\] go down the drain.
