Pros The mass activity selection, and the anaylitic dashboard. Cons Some times when I type in a company name, it doesn't show up but when I search for a certain person in that company, the name and company shows up. The restoration industry relys on referrals and this helps us keep track of those relationships. Pros With multiple reps that I imput notes for, Luxor allows for batch activity updates which helps make my job easier. Cons Luxor sometimes just feels like a big spreadsheet. Pros Luxor gives me as a manager the power of having a neutral piece of accountability. As a manager I can see what my team is doing specific to relationships, how long its been since their last visit, and track dollars spent for each relationship.
