It's been great and very helpful tool to keep track of the client interactions I have on a daily basis.

Pros

The mass activity selection, and the anaylitic dashboard.

Cons

Some times when I type in a company name, it doesn't show up but when I search for a certain person in that company, the name and company shows up.

Overall I haven't been able to find any other software that comes close to the functionalities of luxor. The restoration industry relys on referrals and this helps us keep track of those relationships.

Pros

With multiple reps that I imput notes for, Luxor allows for batch activity updates which helps make my job easier.

Cons

Luxor sometimes just feels like a big spreadsheet. I think the design and layout could be better.

Luxor is key in keeping track of relationships that will build your business in the restoration industry.

Pros

Luxor gives me as a manager the power of having a neutral piece of accountability. As a manager I can see what my team is doing specific to relationships, how long its been since their last visit, and track dollars spent for each relationship.

Cons

Luxor feels very archaic in the design and layout.
