From their easy to use website and friendly staff, I highly recommend it. Pros Easy to use and easy to understand. The contact support team is so helpful and easy to communicate with. Cons I have zero issues or problems with Fiserv. There is nothing not to like. I cannot find a single thing to complain about. Si leyo bien. No me avisaron q estaba sin pro.ociones bzncarias como ser Cuota Simple y Ahora Misiones (esto ws en Argentina). En ese periodo seguimos trabajando normalmente ofreciendo a nuestros clientes las cuotas con promocion. Resulta q no teniamos ninguna promocion y no lo sabiamos. Me di cuenta recien el 11 de marzo cuando controlé las liquidaciones. Llame muchidimas veces y realice 10 reclamos. Solo contestaron con evasivas. Pros They have a great team, Capable and intelligent, their service to the merchant is impeccable. The sales representative that helped me set up my account assured me that there were no annual fees on top of my monthly charge and interchange plus rates. The contract that i signed concurs with the notion that i did not agree to any form of annual fees, yet, i was charged two separate annual fee's. I called in to demand a refund and stated that i would dispute the charges with my financial institution if they wouldn't make things right on their end- and then take to the internet to warn everyone about their deceptive business practices. The response of the agent from the retention department was, "are you going to continue to do business with us if we reverse the charge," to which point i was honest and said absolutely not. I will not do business with a company that doesn't operate with both hands on the table. I was then told that i would not be refunded since i was cancelling my account. What a pathetic operation. Predatory, manipulative, and downright deceptive. I'm sure they get away with this with larger operations that create enough revenue so as to not notice $500-1000 in additional charges, but that was NOT the case here. DO NOT do business with Fiserv, Clover, Cardpointe, ETC. Pros Initial contact with sales rep was enjoyable and was promised better rates than prior processor. Cons The only pro of Fiserv lasted about 8 months until i found out i was lied to about the annual fees and total cost of services. Bait and switch. Customer service reps are outsourced and try to put you on a 3 day hold to receive support. Retention department offered to refund me the annual fee that i never agreed to if i signed that i would continue services with them. Waived that over my head to get me to stay but told me she wouldn't refund anything if i cancelled services. Switched from [Clover](https://www.capterra.com/p/226864/Clover/) I switched from Clover to Cardpointe thinking that it was another company. This company does not care about you or any business owner. They placed a hold on our account because client decided to pay by wire and refunded their credit card. Fiserve placed a hold on all our client funds. We provided them all the information they asked for now they keep telling us "They" will get back to you. Its been over a month and our clients are complaining why their cards are being charged and filing disputes when there is no dispute. Its awful, this company is not able to handle the amount of business they have. And business owners pay with their reputation. Stay away is all I can say. Stay away. Pros When we started with them the salesperson was very nice and painted a pretty picture. Cons Holding our money hostage due to their lack of staff or care for their customers. The other company will keep you on hold for an hour and a half. After four years of using their services You find out how many better options are out there. My advice is a small business owner just don’t use Clover, or fiserv Save yourself, a lot of money, processing fees, the four different bills you get every month and use a different company. Believe me, you won’t regret it.
