I use to carry around my strengths reports in a file in my email and would reference them when i'd start a new project or meet a new team or apply for a new opportunity. It's so great to have the learning modules geared towards my strengths and opportunities right at my finger tips. I am incentivized to use this app everyday as a result! I continue to use Gallup from time to time and recommend employees to take a strengths finder assessment. Pros What I love about Gallop Access is how it helps employees find their strengths and weaknesses gives employees information on how to best approach working on them.
