Pros The account was already established with my Company, but my enrollment was quick and easy. Cons I was going to suggest including parking facility options, as my last booking did not include the expected free parking (although this was managed by a third part company rather than the hotel). Pros The software is extremely easy to use and the interface is extremely intuitive. I work over on Ireland in certain times of the year so having international hotels is a plus for managing expense as well as travel arrangements. Simple to manage bookings and all details can be added into calendar for simple tracking. Cons I am happy with the software for my purposes. Maybe the ability to book meeting rooms in locations could be advantageous. This may be something we can already do, I have just not looked into it. Review Source JH John H. Bookings made easy, confirmation of booking is immediately and the cost of the hotels is less than when I used to have to book accommodation through my company. Pros Previously to having the use of Roomex, I had to request accommodation via our Travel Department. This involved filling out requests, emailing and waiting for replies as to whether or not the hotel requested was available. With Roomex I simply go online, enter the post code of where I will be working and select the most appropriate hotel with the features that I require. Availability, cost and booking is available immediately. Cons Sometimes when selecting hotels with breakfast and evening meal available does limit the number of hotels. Review Source EB Emma B.
