This gives us confidence in recommending and supporting their solution. Pros Cario gives the control over an area of the business that was previously fragmented and difficult to manage. You can compare carriers, manage your own fleet, track every delivery and reconcile freight costs through one connected platform. This gives operational and customer service teams real time visibility, reduces manual effort and helps make better decisions about cost, service and delivery performance. Most importantly, it integrates with the systems already use, including D365, NetSuite, SAP etc so you gain value quickly without adding another disconnected platform. I worked closely with Cario team members across the development, implementation and training and customer support functions. The whole team demonstrated a can-do attitude and were very customer centric in their approach. They also provided a range of useful training tools including administration and User Guides as well as quick reference tools and videos to support end users. Pros The quality of the product in providing an integrated logistics solution which is intuitive and easy to use and the excellent level of collaboration and support provided. The Cario team is responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with, which is particularly important when implementing more complex requirements and integrations. Open to consider customizations which increase the value of their offering to all their subscribers. Navigation in FMS operational menus pretty intuitive. Cons Although training support and content was excellent and well presented with energy, do consider more on-site training to new user groups as a standard offering, customer dependent and not relying on remote / via video link execution. An easy software package that can be tailored to your individual business needs. Flexibility to choose your carriers based on needs and now comes with a carbon calculator which helps our business make more environmentally focused decisions on how to send our freight.
