I really like the flexibility of Apprentiscope and the customer service is unmatched. \[sensitive content hidden\] is phenomenal. Not only does she offer to meet with you but also frequently checks in on how using the system is going. If there are any challenges she is happy to assist and give options for solutions.

Cons

It's a little challenging to learn but once you've learned all of the tricks it is so easy to use.

Overall, it is good experience. There is assistance readily available if needed, but with how easy the system is to use I have not had to use customer support often.

Pros

I have yet to find a way to edit an OJT hour submission after one has been submitted.

The onboarding team is great and super helpful. They always answered any questions I had and made sure I knew how the platform worked before sending me off to work on it alone.

Pros

I like that I can keep track of each apprentices' hours in one area. It makes it a lot easier to track multiple apprentices.

Cons

I have nothing to complain about. ApprentiScope has been great so far.

ApprentiScope has been great so far. Customer Service is helpful and very responsive when I had an issue.

Pros

I really like the different tabs that are available for logging hours, journaling, and other features that aren't always considered in designing an apprenticeship. Great work!

Cons

I wasn't involved in the integration aspect of ApprentiScope, but I think the UI is busy for certain screens.

My overall experience has been very good. Expanded the use of ApprentiScope to additional sites for my company as well as introducing the platform to additional divisions. Working on using more tools that are available within ApprentiScope to further automate tracking and daily reporting.

Pros

Impressed with efficiency/dedication of the ApprentiScope team to assist with any and all needs to get up and running and solving any issues that may have surfaced during onboarding apprentices/occupations etc.

Cons

Do not have any complaints to date. Working well for our needs. Would like to use ApprentiScope more to its full potential

I'm getting use to the program. Wish it was easier to find the tutorials or maybe I'm not seeing what I think I need to look for.

Pros

I like that they keep coming up with new updates to the program, it will make the whole process from beginning to the end so much easier.

Cons

I wish there was an attendance platform added to the program, it would make it simple instead of having to do separate attendance class sheets for each class.

They have been super easy to work with. Monthly they reach out to see if there is anything we need and they always are prompt at answering questions.

Pros

I love how easy it is to use and how it helps us to keep track of all of our apprentices and their progress.

Cons

It doesn't seamlessly integrate with Rapids.

Overall, the customer service was polite and responsive; however, my issue was not resolved. I appreciate the representative’s effort, but I would have liked a clearer solution and better follow-through.

Pros

I had an excellent experience with your customer service team. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and resolved my issue quickly. I truly appreciate the professionalism and clear communication. Thank you for providing such great support.

Cons

What I least liked about my experience was the extremely long 100-minute wait, which felt unreasonable and unnecessary. Waiting that long created frustration, especially because I expected a quicker and more efficient level of support. After spending so much time waiting, I was disappointed to find that my issue was still not resolved. The lack of a clear solution made the entire experience feel unproductive. I believe that customer service should prioritize timely assistance and effective problem-solving, and unfortunately, neither of those expectations were met. Overall, the long wait and unresolved issue were the most disappointing aspects.

Pros

Tracking capability of being able to have all apprentice info in one place!

Cons

Not that I like least, but with ApprentiScope being wide spread, there have been several feature requests put on their radar to appeal more to our specific program - the apprentice lineman. They have communicated very well with what their road map looks like over the next upcoming years and implementing to our specific industry recommendations for an apprenticeship management system.

Reason for choosing ApprentiScope

Support team, updated system, and most affordable cost with what services are offered (initial focus on onboarding and importing previous employer/apprentice information).

The customer service and support has been top tier. The are very responsive and take even the smallest silliest IT issues to heart and come back with solutions.

Pros

This has been the best decision to add to our company to manage our apprentices, occupations, sponsors and employers. There is a lot of specific set up initially and the ApprentiScope Team was fabulous in supporting us through the process. Once the set up is complete it is just refinement and feature upgrades. My team loves it!

Cons

There really is nothing to dislike. ApprentiScope suffers from the same challenges as any other software company, servers occasionally go down and they seem to have them redundant so it eliminates extended down times.
