Pros

  • So far everything has been super easy to navigate through and is very easy to figure out.

  • ApprentiScope has been great so far. Customer Service is helpful and very responsive when I had an issue.

  • My overall experience with Apprentiscope is great. I highly recommend your platform to any one that manages people.

Cons

  • It's not tracking my hours properly, and i've been struggling to get them updated.

  • ApprentiScope suffers from the same challenges as any other software company, servers occasionally go down and they seem to have them redundant so it eliminates extended down times.

  • I don't like that sometimes when I complete an evalutaion, the page doesn't submit. I have to resubmit or refresh the page for it to go through.

"nothing but Love"

Overall: The customer service and support has been top tier. The are very responsive and take even the smallest silliest IT issues to heart and come back with solutions.

Pros: This has been the best decision to add to our company to manage our apprentices, occupations, sponsors and employers. There is a lot of specific set up initially and the ApprentiScope Team was fabulous in supporting us through the process. Once the set up is complete it is just refinement and feature upgrades. My team loves it!

Cons: There really is nothing to dislike. ApprentiScope suffers from the same challenges as any other software company, servers occasionally go down and they seem to have them redundant so it eliminates extended down times.

"ApprentiScope is top notch! "

Overall: I think it's great. I think there is probably much more that I could be utilizing in the system, but year after year I am impressed with their support team, quick responsiveness, and ultimate care for ensuring our users are satisfied with the ApprentiScope system.

Pros: Tracking capability of being able to have all apprentice info in one place!

Cons: Not that I like least, but with ApprentiScope being wide spread, there have been several feature requests put on their radar to appeal more to our specific program - the apprentice lineman. They have communicated very well with what their road map looks like over the next upcoming years and implementing to our specific industry recommendations for an apprenticeship management system.

"Love it! Highly recommend! "

Pros: I really like the flexibility of Apprentiscope and the customer service is unmatched. [sensitive content hidden] is phenomenal. Not only does she offer to meet with you but also frequently checks in on how using the system is going. If there are any challenges she is happy to assist and give options for solutions.

Cons: It's a little challenging to learn but once you've learned all of the tricks it is so easy to use.

"Review for yall "

"Easy to Use"

Overall: Overall, it is good experience. There is assistance readily available if needed, but with how easy the system is to use I have not had to use customer support often.

Pros: Apprentiscope is easy to use and helps program stay on track.

Cons: I have yet to find a way to edit an OJT hour submission after one has been submitted.

"Great idea, still needs work."

Pros: Staff and IT has been very good at communicating and trying to help.

Cons: Website does not feel super updated. Not extremely user friendly. And so far, have not been able to do my job submitting performance evals for my apprentice.

"Big help for Trem!"

Overall: Overall, I found it very easy to use and the Customer Service was great.

Pros: It’s ease of use! The Program Sponsors found it easy to use as well.

Cons: I can't really say there was anything I didn't like.

"Great softwra"

Pros: ease of use very easy to figure out after learning how to use and make it very intuitive.

Cons: Learning the new format. When starting something new the directions are somewhat sdeterred

"A Great Start!"

Overall: ApprentiScope has been great so far. Customer Service is helpful and very responsive when I had an issue.

Pros: I really like the different tabs that are available for logging hours, journaling, and other features that aren't always considered in designing an apprenticeship. Great work!

Cons: I wasn't involved in the integration aspect of ApprentiScope, but I think the UI is busy for certain screens.

"Very good customer service"

Pros: I like the administrative friendliness of the system and how it is geared towards keeping everything organized and accessible.

Cons: The options for user customization are a but lacking but it looks like it can be improved in the future.
