It’s ease of use! The Program Sponsors found it easy to use as well.

I like the administrative friendliness of the system and how it is geared towards keeping everything organized and accessible.

Cons

The options for user customization are a but lacking but it looks like it can be improved in the future.

I have had a good overall experience with using this platform.

Pros

I like the ease of use and the option to fill out a profile to personalize the account.

Cons

I don't like that sometimes when I complete an evalutaion, the page doesn't submit. I have to resubmit or refresh the page for it to go through.
