It has been great! \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and the whole team have done a great job!

Pros

When a patient makes a payment via Inbox Health it automatically applies the payment to the patient's account in our billing system (AdvancedMD) without having to review the account.

Cons

There haven't been any issues that I can think of with the software. Inbox Health is always looking for ways to improve the software.

Very easy to teach front-line staff on it's capabilities, patient acceptance has been remarkable, and Inbox reporting and feedback is the best of any statement vendor we've ever utilized.

Pros

Ease of use and patient responsiveness across different practices and specialties

Cons

I wish it would or could interface with Hospital information system (CPSI). We would have changed vendors in a heartbeat!

Horrible company and do not care about the customers once you are on board. Customer service is extremely rude and there is no working with. Either I comply or cancel my account.

Pros

I like that it sends out automatic link by text or email and sends out patient statement. Initial onboarding is not a problem.

Cons

The customer Service is poor and clearly do not care about their clients. I have a ticket open and requested for a call in the hopes to work together and was told they dont do that and i can cancel my account. My issue has been opened for more than a month. Now I am paying for 2 services due to this problem

I’m very pleased with what it has done for my clients and their patients. They have seen increased revenue

Pros

The interaction between patients and the Inbox team has freed my life up so much to run my business

Cons

It’s not very intuitive in operation. It too a while for them to create training. I think it would be better to have reminders sent out from the application when there are errors in addresses and such that stop billing. We don’t go into the application daily just when necessary at this point because we are short staffed but it would be nice to get a report or something that lets us know about billing cycle errors

My staff can handle more accounts now that Inbox Health does a large portion of our patient collections automatically. Our providers revenue has increased and we are collecting in a shorter period of time then we ever did before.

Pros

The implementation was seamless. Customer support is superior to any other software company I work with. My providers, their patients, and my staff love the ease of use of Inbox Health. We are more profitable and cost-effective with our time because of Inbox Health.

Cons

The word used to describe an adjustment in the system doesn't make sense. Synching issues at times can be confusing.

Inbox Health worked with us to make their system synch with Medisoft. They went through the Beta testing phase and made it work.

Overall it has been a positive engagement.

Pros

I love the ease you can take a patient payment and see the billing history and status.

Cons

Integration with Healthpac was the biggest issue. We still have patient's that are not being billed in a timely manner with a patient balance due amount. The issue of Inbox Health not initiating billing cycles was my biggest concern and frustration that continues.

Pros

Very good.

Pros

It cuts out the need for additional staff to process monthly statements. In addition, auto statement cycles that are deployed daily assist in collecting faster and speeding up the collections cycle that used to drag on for 90 days a t a time.

Cons

It is a little glitchy sometimes but I think the development really cares and is constantly trying to improve.

Pros

Since implementing Inbox Health, we are now saving hours a month because we no longer have to manually print, mail and track patient statements. Delinquent patient balances are much easier to catch now. Also, we are able to engage with patients and answer questions about their statements so much easier now! Plus, our providers are saving money on postage!

Cons

We cannot see the exact copy of the statement the patient is receiving. This would be helpful when explaining multiple invoices/ dates of services with patients seen often!
