Cons Disappointing ServiceI am extremely disappointed with my experience with Loom. My subscription recently renewed for a second month, and despite the fact that I haven't recorded a single video since the renewal, they are refusing to issue a refund. Even during the first month, I hardly used the platform (only a couple of videos) because the app's performance was poor and did not meet my expectations. The user experience was overall very unsatisfying. It is frustrating to be charged for a service I am not using and have no intention of using due to its low quality.
