Because we work in different time zones, Loom makes it so easy to review projects and give notes in real time. It also helps with training. Currently I'm teaching my VA how to prep the edit for my show and I was able to record a 45 minute loom for her to watch me edit the show in real time. It was so helpful! **Pros:** Having the Loom plug in on chrome makes it so easy to send my team walk throughs of what I want them to learn and do for new tasks. It is so easy for training and sharing revisions of projects. **Cons:** I am sometimes confused on the privacy of loom's videos and often double check the settings.
