It gives 3 videos in the free plan, an editor if needed to make some cuts. Cons It can be limited when it comes to editing your videos directly. I also dont have to download this recordings in order to share it with my client so bonus for that. Pros They save my videos forever and I appreciate that. I stil have videos I recorded on loom 4 years ago and the fact that it has not been deleted is big deal for me Cons Loom is great but i dont think the prices are worth it for low pocket spenders. You can use the tool for free (with certain limitations) and it works great. Pros It's a great and accessible product to make short video captures to troubleshoot issues and provide support to users on our platform. I also love the integration with other platforms such as Trainual! Cons There really isn't anything I don't like about Loom! I do look forward to more integrations with other products and platforms. But it has become a staple throughout many of our departments now to be able to share processes and information! Pros Loom is the easiest screen and video / voiceover capture. It has such easy settings and it takes all of 3 clicks to screen capture any process. PLUS the captions function! Love it. Cons Honestly, I have no complaints about Loom. Technical Director Marketing and Advertising Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Help Me, My Team, & My Clients Many Hours of Time" October 3, 2024 5.0 Pros The new AI powered features that have been added to the platform such as enhanced transcriptions, the new tagging feature that tags specific parts of your recording for easy review at a later date, and even the automatic video title generator so you do not have to create and modify a name for your recording anymore, if you chose not to. They all help me save a ton of extra time and adds new capabilities to my workflow, including my automated workflow through Zapier. Cons I think it could use some better video editing and post-production capabilities. However, I found the use case limited compared to similar products Pros Loom is easy to use The UI is good The idea behind the product is very logical, it helps you create a guide whilst recording your webcam and generating a link. This can save time if you need to explain things to people often and share it. The product works as intended Cons It's quite a niche product - I didn't find myself needing to use it often enough to justify having it.
