## What is ICTContact ?

ICTContact is a multi-tenant, white-label contact center platform that helps call centers and service providers run inbound and outbound campaigns across voice, SMS, email and fax. It includes predictive, preview and progressive dialing, an IVR studio, automated press-1 and survey campaigns, AMD and DNC handling, campaign scheduling and real-time call tracking and control. A WebRTC web-phone and agent panel let agents work from a browser, while REST APIs connect ICTContact to CRMs and other business tools. Per-tenant billing and branding let providers offer hosted contact center services to their own customers.
