Si no estas muy informado con el proceso de migración de whattsapp api te recomiendo que te actualices, porque no te informaran al momento de la venta de todo el proceso que lleva a la migración de un número al uso oficial de whattsapp.Una empresa que no informa los cambios que realiza en los datos sensibles de la empresa del usuario. transmiten información errónea y mal interpretada sobre el grupo Meta.el servicio al cliente deja mucho que desear y el soporte no es muy bueno

Pros

Es fácil de usar, intuitivo y rápido de construir el robot de respuesta.

Cons

el sistema en sí tiene futuro, el equipo de soporte o quienes lo gestionan tienen que revisar el lado humano de la empresa y mejorar la profesionalidad.

Reasons for choosing Hibot

Debí haber investigado más, no recomiendo contratar una empresa sin antes investigarla, facebook mismo tiene una lista de socios oficiales, recomiendo que todos vean esta lista antes de elegir una empresa no oficial.

Al principio fue buena la experiencia de marca, pero ya después se empezaron a evidenciar inconvenientes de comunicación que afectan la operación o crecimiento del negocio, mi conclusión es que el sistema funciona bien, pero si quieres crecer o buscas una empresa con un buen soporte al cliente, es mejor ahondar más en el mercado, ya que el soporte al cliente no es su fuerte; Solo atienden por Whatsapp, no tienes otro medio rápido de comunicarte y se demoran en responder, te dejan en visto, se demoran en las cotizaciones, se demoran en las implementaciones, te cortan el servicio si por olvido se te paso pagar la factura sin pensar en el daño que esto puede causar, etc, Es curioso que una empresa que desarrolla una tecnología de comunicación por WhatsApp no la use adecuadamente para dar un buen servicio al cliente, pero bueno creo que es una gran oportunidad de mejora que tiene como empresa. Lamentablemente ya no puedo continuar y debo migrar a otro proveedor que tenga un mejor servicio ya que continuo creyendo en el potencial de WhatsApp multiagente como herramienta de comunicación digital.

Pros

Es fácil de implementar y fácil de usar, como todos los sistemas es de aprender a usarlo y ya después que le coges el ritmo es muy eficiente para manejar volúmenes de clientes al mismo tiempo utilizando una misma linea de celular

Cons

El servicio al cliente no es su fuerte y además Todo lo cobran.. desde conectar otro canal como messenger, el numero de personas que puedas atender por usuario, incluir el modulo de reportes, poner el horario comercial, implementar un bot, etc,.. . En la funcionalidad básica la relación costo beneficio es buena, pero a medida que vayas usando más funcionalidades ya no es tan asequible, si vas a implementar esta herramienta con muchos usuario y funcionalidades debes estar dispuesto a invertir mucho dinero ya que todo es en dólares.
