### "Route has been a big help to us!"

Pros

We like that it allows us to put together a proposal using photos and also helps to streamline the estimation and proposal process. Saving all proposals on the Route "Cloud" is also helpful as our team works remotely. Support has been amazing - all emails, calls, requests for help were answered very quickly.

Cons

I'd like to see the proposals be more "pretty". Basically more colorful, maybe even something standard that all Route Customers could use that would put more pizzazz into the actual proposal sent to the customer. Also, the more each proposal could be customized the better. More templates to choose from for the format.

I liked that the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was a fellow commercial cleaning owner with real world experience and a user of their product as well. I would highly recommend it to anyone who asked.

### "Beginner Friendly with Beginner Issues "

I was able to give quick service to my customers at first but now it’s been riddled with bugs. Set me back three weeks. I want to believe in the app because the people are nice and working hard. I’m holding off from using it currently though.

Pros

I love that there is an estimator tool and that the team is very responsive to emails/issues. Also, the proposal is customizable and professional.

Cons

I’ve had tech issues with the app. Won’t clock me out, data lost twice and unable to recover.

Began using it first, customer support is prompt.

### "Tried because so many sites tried to force me to use this"

Tried because I felt we had to and Deliveries had trouble with Fedex.

Pros

It was integrated into the purchase experience at a number of shops (Shopify plugin I believe) which made it easier to use for tracking on those sites than alternatives.

Cons

Useless for most other shops, especially amazon and fedex deliveries. Couldn't automate anything

Reason for choosing Route

I didn't, at the time I stuck with Deliveries, Route failed the test

Route solves the problem that comes with lackluster comparable products. The team is receptive to suggestions and actually implement changes based on what customers are requesting when possible.

Pros

Route provides a lot of value and functionality when it comes to janitorial bidding. It is extremely customizable and efficient.

Cons

There is always room for improvement with SaaS products in my opinion. Although this platform is far and away much better then the competition in this niche, I would like to see more integration which is being added already.

The app itself is phenomenal customer support is amazing and helpful. If you honestly need help all you have to do is pick up the phone and call or shoot them an email and they will get on a video chat or call to help! Overall I'm pleased with my experience

Pros

I like the fact that it's simple to use and also allowing to me to track productivity

Cons

At times creating walkthroughs can be a bit redundant. Also I do wish it were easier to use on a desktop.

### "Helps me keep track of my orders"

I like it because all I have to do is open my app to track my packages

Pros

I love this software because it keeps track of my orders even when I forget that I placed and order.

Cons

The only con is that it looks stacked on my phone when I am checking my orders. It may because of my screen display size.

Overall, it's okay. There may be something better out there.

Pros

Great concept. I haven't looked at it's competitors but the premise is really a great thought.

Cons

Hard for them to control, but it doesn't have all company's that I order off of tied to the app. Not super user friendly for marking for delivery.
