Cons: There are not many tools that i can use for controlling the webinars session. The participant only can use the quick messenger and noo other interaction tools that more popular software has.

Overall: We use it for webinars/training's etc. The tool has done a decent job and I would definitely recommend the tool to others.
Pros: Setup is quick and easy to use, intuitive UI. We can run a poll during the webinar and collect the data without any hassle.
Cons: Make sure you have an broadband for an uninterrupted audio and video communications. This is not an issue though. But just an heads-up.

Cons: When I imported graphics/sounds, there was difficulty synching with the system. So I oftentimes I had to have the audio with me and play it through the speaker to make sure it played along with the webinar.
