### "HCP helped raise our NPS score in less than a year!"

We were not being well represented because no one on staff was following through on the data received. Once I started using the reports to incentivize our caregivers, and gave them the language to help our clients understand what the reviews really mean to the company, we saw a shift. I specifically focused on the Daily Life verbiage and in a month the scores were up - all 9s and 10s.

Pros

Just by focusing on our problem areas as revealed by the data HCP collected, we were able to move our Client NPS score from 4.3 to 7.0. Getting the specific comments as feedback is invaluable to fine-tuning our home care business, and we are currently having to turn away cases in the next town because we are in such demand!

Cons

I love it and am looking forward to using the Review Manager platform!

The items I like most about our software are many - the ease of use, customer service and communication, surveys, effective and efficient software updates, excellent overview of national healthcare news - all are excellent and they definitely help as a seller when we are speaking with client prospects.

Cons

At this time, I have no recommendations. The company is always looking at ways to improve the product and service.

Very positive. This product works in the background and seamlessly provides me with the information I need to manage and grow my agency.

Pros

I love that the HCP software is integrated with my management software making it easy for me to keep our system in sync without effort.

Cons

While there have been a couple of instances where my system was not in sync with the HCP software, these were easily corrected with a quick phone call to support.

### "A great tool to find out what your staff really think"

\[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] has been fantastic to work with. He will regularly check in with us and has shown us features we didn't know existed. The webinars they host are some of the best from and information and presentation standpoint.

Pros

I like that the calls are made from an external source. This allows both our clients and staff to feel comfortable being truthful in their answers. It has helped us identify both strengths and weaknesses in our company and helped us address them. Everything is compiled in a monthly report that is very easy to review with the team. Each month a report is also generated about any issues HCP had contacting staff and clients so they can be corrected before the next set of surveys. The onboarding process was very easy, the customer service is excellent, and they will have follow up meetings to check in on you.

Cons

1\. with only 5 staff and 5 clients being interviewed, a poor survey by 1 person makes your monthly averages skew in a very negative direction that isn't necessarily reflective of how your agency is truly performing. 2. The cost is a bit high. For $300+ month I would like to see some more interviews included. Each phone call averages 5-10 minutes and 10 are completed a month. That's $30/phone call or about $150/hour. 3. The monthly report includes a lot of repetitive information which makes it appear to be more than it is. This is a very minor issue.

Other offices within our organization have stopped using HCP because they were unable to identify a benefit from the product. However, I do find great value in using this software/program. In my office, we pay close attention to the responses from our clients and our employees. We drill down the data to identify problematic service areas.. We also use it to identify the good things going on and celebrate them. We believe that HCP is vital to our commitment to continuously improve our delivery of quality services.

Pros

Our office appreciates the questions that are asked of our "customers" because by their responses we are able to drill down and locate issues that need to be addressed. We also have an opportunity to celebrate the things that we are doing write and reward those doing good things.

Cons

Our issue is an internal issue. We find it difficult to stay on top of our ever changing list of employees and clients. Unfortunately, our proprietary software is not wanting to use HCP's easy upload. This is our biggest hurdle. I do not have an issue with any of the features offered by the software. I would like the "My Awards" tab to be continuous rather than just the most current.

Helps us see where we need to improve as a company. Cant fix it unless we know it is broken. 2 sided sword. Need to know to fix, but wish they would come to us first and give us a chance to fix it.

Ease of usability. Gives us great feedback that we might not be able to get.

Cons

The only thing is that I wish the clients/staff would come to us with issues and give us a chance to fix whatever it is they feel is lacking instead of airing out grievances on here first. Cant fix it unless know what is wrong.

We've been a client of Home Care Pulse for approximately 5 years now and I'm a huge fan. Being able to receive real-time feedback from clients and team members is huge. We use the survey comments to provide better service to our clients and also to be a better employer. The support we receive from our account team, especially \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is wonderful. Anytime we have a need, he's there with a timely response.

Pros

The real time nature of employee and client feedback is invaluable.

Cons

The software is great, the only thing I'd like to see is more personalized questions.

Pros

Mostly, I like the navigation and ability to set the options that matter more to your business. Also, the representatives get back to you in a timely manner when there is an issue.

Cons

Least, I would like for the surveys to be in real time. You can view how many are completed but it takes a day or two to see the survey on the dashboard.

Pros

HCHP helps us help our people. It really consolidates all the information we need in one place and the best part is they do all the work for us. As users all we need to do is keep the profiles updated so they can continue to do what is needed. I would say the software is definitely user friendly. If you feel lost or need assistance they are quick to respond and assist as needed. Without them we would not be able to get the feedback we do in such a fast pace. Thank you for your service.

Cons

Currently the only con I have is not being able to edit information in the actual software.

Home Care Pulse allows you to see what people truly think of your service and management. It is vital to know how people feel instead of trying to predict, assume, guess, or fortune tell those feelings. Finding out not only what you are doing wrong and need to adjust, but also what you are doing right, and the ability to reinforce that quality practice.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. It is very easy to navigate.

Overall good, but I suspect if there were investments to be made to improve the service it would be greatly appreciated to be in the easy of acceptance and confirmation of your legitimacy to caregiver and clarinets as my first concern, thereafter more intimate feedback on suggestions from participants

Reporting is expansive and have many metrics I like to see. It’s easy to navigate through and I don’t need to print it.

Cons

Constantly asking for updated information in CC, don’t always capture good feedback from my caregivers , would like more commentary instead of just scores from clients and caregivers. I often get calls from either clients or caregivers who you reach for a survey and because they went sure you were legit, the didn’t give feedback and called us to report it.

My overall experience has been fantastic. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] has been my point of contact for two companies now and he is exceptional. He definitely made my transition to a new company and starting from scratch so mush easier. Having that familiar contact made my comfort level very high as I knew I was in good hands and we would be successful in getting this program started.

Pros

The software is very easy to use and the information is laid out in a way that it is easy to follow and understand. I love the customized report feature so I can pull specific information for different meetings and our marketers.

Cons

I did not like the change that was made to the caregiver/ client info screens, when I need to make a correction I am no longer able to do it in the edit box
