Agendor is a CRM and management platform made for companies with a consultative sales approach. Through our platform, managers can centralize customer data, monitor ongoing negotiations and improve their visibility into team performance. With our mobile apps, outside sales reps can plan their sales route daily, get push notifications for task reminders, and discover next steps quickly with our Smart Flows feature. O Agendor é uma ferramenta muito completa e indispensável para otimizar e potencializar os processos de vendas.

Pros

O que eu gostei bastante no Agendor foi a maneira fácil e simples de usar a plataforma. A tela é bem fácil de entender, o que torna muito simples de navegar e gerenciar as informações comerciais. Além disso, é muito bom poder ver como está indo o processo de vendas, cumprir as metas e ver relatórios personalizados para controlar e analisar o desempenho da equipe de vendas.

Cons

O que menos gostei no Agendor foi a falta de recursos avançados na versão gratuita.

Pros

O Agendor como ferramenta de CRM permite o gerenciamento da equipe através de relatório que apresentam dados da evolução de compras e atendimentos.Os relatórios ajudam nas tomadas de decisões e mudanças de rotas conforme necessário para encontrar a melhor solução para o negócio.

Cons

Ás vezes a importação de dados das planilhas gera algum erro mas após algumas tentativas conseguimos solucionar.

No geral eu gosto muito do Agendor, é o melhor programa que eu já usei em relação a CRM e vendas apenas as coisas mencionadas que precisam dar uma melhorada.

Pros

Os recursos de cadastros são bem simples, acho interessante a ferramenta de migração. Me adaptei muito bem.

Cons

O que eu menos gosto é a quantidade de campos para preencher com contato. Acho que poderia ser mais funcional. O cadastro de produtos e valores poderia ser mais simples também, talvez uma tela um pouco menor ou uma entrada automática quando se cadastra um negócio pouparia tempo do cliente.
