Once we learned the system it was great for organization, security, and communication between team members

Pros

As a new travel nursing staffing agency, Zoho Workerly has been helpful for managing our contracted nurses' credentials and placements. The platform makes it possible to track licensing, certifications, and availability in one place, which matters a lot in healthcare staffing where compliance can't be an afterthought.

Cons

That said, it's a large platform with a lot of options, which can make it difficult to navigate at first, especially for a small, newer agency like ours still learning the system. A bit of a learning curve to find what we actually need among everything available

Zoho Workerly is a solid, secure hub that saves me from spreadsheet chaos by putting scheduling and timesheets in one place. However, the learning curve is steep, the interface feels overwhelming at first, and occasional syncing bugs mean I still have to double-check data. Great value, but requires patience.

Pros

The overall security features and employee tracking capabilities are solid. We always feel confident that our client and temp worker data is protected. Additionally, having scheduling, communication, and electronic timesheets all under one roof makes it a great all-in-one hub for a growing staffing agency.

Cons

The learning curve is surprisingly steep. It takes quite a bit of initial setup and training before you can fully utilize all the automated features without getting confused. We've also run into a few minor bugs and issues when syncing data between worker profiles and client invoices, which requires a bit too much manual cross-checking.

My experience with Zoho Workerly has been positive. It is a useful platform for managing staffing, communication, and candidate activity in one place. Once I got more familiar with it, it became much easier to work in and helped keep things organized. It is not perfect, and there are areas that could be more user friendly, but it does the job well and offers solid value for the features it provides.

Pros

Easy to use once you understand the flow, and it helps keep recruiting and temporary staffing work organized in one place. I like that it brings together candidate tracking, communication, and scheduling so you are not jumping between too many systems. The search tools and email features are helpful, and it makes it easier to stay on top of the recruitment process. It also feels like a good value for businesses that need structure without paying for something overly complicated.

Cons

The biggest downside is the learning curve at the beginning. Some parts of the system are not as intuitive as they could be, so it can take time to figure out where everything is and how to use it efficiently. A few workflows could be smoother, especially when you are moving fast and need information quickly. It would also help if the platform felt a little more modern and simplified in certain areas.

Cons

Full suite of tool for scheduling, time tracking, job assignment, invocing, and payroll, all of that really helps reduce the manual taks and paperwork. Another huge huge pro, mobile app. accept reject and submit time sheets from mobile devices

As much as I love the mobile app, it isnt the most reliable. Have had a negative experiece with data sync and loading delays. The UI is dated and also leands itself to a long learning curve

For our small business, Zoho Workerly automated tracking employees and scheduling. My team relations are better as a unit, and I have less time handling paperwork and more time catering to operations.

Pros

Zoho Workerly keeps our staff moving smoothly with quality employee management and solid security. Clocking in and out is easy, and staff collaboration features make scheduling less of a hassle.

Cons

It took some time before everyone was comfortable with the system, and the bug is pesky every now and then. I just wish there were additional resources in order to learn faster as a team.
